Excellent service!!!

Excellent service!!!!
My package (#33602) arrived completely open on one side without any product in it.
It's for sure this happened during transportation, coz I know (and my neighbors) from experience that a lot of the packages we receive get thrown into the hallways, even though if it's labeled breakable.

Anyway, they surely didn't package it this way.
I wrote them an email with pictures, explaining them what happened.
And they are sending me a new package as we speak.
👍 Excellent service.

Let's hope this time it'll arrive with my product in it.
