I wouldn’t even give it a score it was that bad but I had to give it a one awful experience had a tyre fitted and it was so loose it the locking wheel nut fell off, the others so loose I took them off with my hand
When I questioned him over it he denied it all and refused a refund and then blocked me
Safety is key people don’t go with him

Absolutely shocking company. Had my wheel changed after hitting a pot hole 20 days ago. After using my car the wheel I had changed was vibrating and making funny noises. I took it to a garage yesterday where we found that one of my wheel nuts had come off, and the other 3 were put on so loosely that he took them off with his hands. I cannot express how dangerous this is. After contacting them for a refund my number has been blocked so I will be filing a report to trading standards and HM tribunals service, as this is disgraceful for a company. Absolutely would NOT use!

Broke down with a flat tyre near Hemel Hempstead. Recovery team picked me up in under 40 minutes and took me to a local tyre garage. Very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for much more!

Great service and excellent experience from the team, called late night for a recovery and they got to us within 20mins. Would highly recommend for recovery or tyre replacement.

Our car broke down and we were told they will be with us in 25min and that was the case. They took our to the car Bodyshop and us home. We are really grateful for the efficient and reliable service and the also kindness as we were a bit desperate in that moment! Thank you so much !

I sent in my request for a jump start and had a very prompt return, The fee was agreed and JJ was on his way. He updated me on the arrival time as he travelled. Great service got my car home after drive train issues so it couldn't move not only got it home but got it in a specific spot out of the way in my car park ill use him again if I break down in future even though I obviously don't want to ;)

A great service during a very stressful time!
Having broken down, I then discovered that unfortunately I didn't have any breakdown cover, although I had thought I did! Anyway, I phoned Kwik Car Recovery and from start to finish, the service was professional and very helpful.
TJ came to recover my vehicle and provided all the support and comfort I needed. I felt assured and in safe hands. The journey home was over an hour so we had a lot of time to chat in the cabin and TJ provided great conversation!
All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kwik Car Recovery and make sure you ask for TJ!
