Good ordering experience, but not so good customer service and fulfillment
My Prescription was initially filled in a timely manner, but the 2-Day shipping actually took 6 days. I know poor service from FedEx is beyond KwikMed’s control, but customer service could have pursued the FedEx issues on KwikMeds end since you are the one that utilizes their services and you’re their customer, instead of leaving me to deal with it in my own. I also think you’re pricing is somewhat high compared to other sources.

Person was very helpful. Sadly I called the day before and got a very unhelpful person who gave me bad information. I hung up with her not placing the order. I think you should know this. I’ve dealt with you for years and wouldn’t quit on you based on one bad experience.

I've used Kwikmed for over 20 some odd years and it's always been the gold standard for service and professionalism in what has become a saturated market for on-line prescriptions. I've remained loyal and stay the course with Kwikmed even thought it's become increasingly more expensive than it's competitors. I believe you get what you pay for. The only thing I would add is a defined customer loyalty program for its long time clients instead of just the standard holiday sales. That's not only a great thank you for us who have remained loyal but also may drive scheduling refills. Just good business all around. Just my two cents. Thanks for hearing me out!
