Arrived back at Heathrow at 5.30AM…
Arrived back at Heathrow at 5.30AM today and called the number to inform that we had landed (as per email instructions). Man asked our flight number - this was given.
We then called again after baggage collection (as per email instructions) to be told that ‘we had called yesterday to change the date and time of car collection’ (we didn’t). We waited a total of two hours and twenty minutes from the time of the first telephone call to the actual arrival of the car. We were told the driver hadn’t yet started work and that he needed to arrive at the compound, move any other cars as needed then make his way to us.
The biggest frustration and disappointment was being told during the telephone call after baggage claim that the driver would be ‘30-45 minutes’. This was clearly incorrect and was said to merely appease us as the driver hadn’t even started work!
Perhaps if they were honest about exactly how long we needed to wait in total then it may have made the situation a little better as we could have had a coffee etc. However, each time we called we were told that the driver was on the way and would be ten minutes etc etc’ - we were advised at that point to make our way to the car park. Standing for 45 minutes in the cold was a dismal end to a lovely holiday. AVOID KWIK PARK LIKE THE PLAGUE

This is a terrible service, avoid.
Despite calling on landing and when I collected bags I had to wait an hour for the car. I was being lied to by the person on the end of the phone with a half baked story about someone going off with the keys. When I finally received the car it had done over 20 Miles which seems more than it should be and it was pointless taking out frustration on the driver as he was not the guy I had been talking to despite him saying it would be him delivering it.
I would have just caught a taxi especially as by the time you pay double parking etc. it is not much cheaper and the stress and inconvenience is not worth it.
I don't envisage giving my keys to a stranger anytime soon.
I wish I had checked the trust pilot reviews as the ones you are presented with when booking are much more positive as I am sure the negative feedback gets omited.
Brought the car back too early and I'm paying the extra ?
This is the second and last time I will use Heathrow Kwik Park. They are very reasonably priced but you need to remember that you have two charges of what should be £7.50 for entry and departure of the Short Stay car park.
However I recently landed at LHR T5 and immediately telephoned Kwik, whilst on the plane, as requested, at 06.20 and was asked to call again when we had collected our luggage.
We then received a call at 07.11 checking whether we had collected our luggage. I advised that we were still waiting at the carousel and would call, as required, when we had the luggage. It subsequently arrived at 07.45 and I immediately called and then made our way to the car park and met their operator. When I went to pay for the car parking the machine requested £18.50, as the car had been there since 06.49 instead of the anticipated few minutes. I went back to the KWIK representative who advised me to pay it and then send a copy to the office to request a refund. I did and have had many promises to pay the £11 in the last two weeks but nothing has been received.
I have a tracker on my car and on both occasions the car has been registered as ultimately left on the Thorney Business Park at Iver, under less than ideal circumstances, although my car has been returned in good condition.

Despite having provided flight details. They asked what terminal and flight number I was on when I rang in landing as per booking. Alarm bells rang when they said to wait inside as it was cold. I hour and 50 minutes later a driver turned up. We rang and text to remind them we had a three and a half hour drive home after a 12 hour flight! Not in the agreed parking spot. Had to wait 50 minutes for car to appear; phone kept being unanswered. When they did answer claimed the delay was not their fault and that Skypark secure gave them the wrong details. Avoid!!!!!
I’ve used Kwikpark a few times
I’ve used Kwikpark a few times, and while the booking process is straightforward and the pricing competitive, the service can be inconsistent. On one occasion, I experienced excellent communication and professionalism, with a smooth car drop-off and collection. However, on another trip, the wait times were much longer than expected, and the staff didn’t seem as attentive, which was frustrating. Overall, it’s decent for the price but could improve in reliability during busier times. 3 stars.

There’s a reason they are cheaper than the others. Rude, late and then won’t wait 2 minutes when they eventually arrive with your car.

Stay Away from KwikPark
These Guys are basically scammers. Stay far away. Drop off went great, but getting them to return the car was a nightmare. As instructed, I called them as soon as we touched down in Heathrow. They promised to send someone out with the car right away. Half an hour later we were waiting in the car park with no car in sight. Many, many phone calls later, we finally had our car after waiting for over 1 and a half hours. Unacceptable. Half the time they weren't answering the phone, and when they would, they would string one lie after another. First they said that because my car wasn't ULEZ compliant, they had needed to park it in a different car park further from the airport (complete rubbish, as Heathrow itself is in the ULEZ). Next time I got thru, they claimed the car wasn't taxed and so they weren't able to deliver it. This was an absolute fabrication, and they said this After they said they were already on the way. Finally I got in touch with someone who said Oh actually he is personally in my car right now, enroute to the airport and will be there in 8 minutes. 25 minutes later... still no car. You get the picture!! Never again. Ever. This company needs to be shut down. And it's not just me, read their reviews on TrustPilot and Google Maps and consider yourself warned.
Kwik Park damaged my car
On returning my car to Heathrow T5, the driver disappeared as fast as possible, leaving me with a dent in the bumper that will cost about £500 to repair. Despite initial reassurances when phoning them 2 minutes later, all subsequent emails and text remain unanswered, and there seems to be no comeback.
Even without the damage, they were slow in both meet and greet. Unlike proper companies (like Maple, Purple, MBW) they have no reps at the car park, so you have to wait until they turn up. You have to give 30mins notice before arrival (difficult with unknown traffic and roadworks on the M25) - the first attempt at calling them went unanswered, but when I did get through they were another 10 minutes later even than that commitment. And they were another 25 minutes after being given their required notice on arrival. Calls to find out where the driver was were were answered in a very rude manner. Their service model stinks!
I wish I'd read the reviews here before booking with them. Easily my worst airport parking experience - and I have travelled ~6 times a year for the last 10. Back to Gatwick in future.

Absolutely appalling service and definitely not recommended. Booked through comparison website, didn’t adhere to any of the confirmation instructions given, left waiting for 20 minutes with no idea of what was going on, multiple requests for an invoice, no paperwork signed.. to be honest the list is endless. AVOID!!!!

The worst service received. Not only were they late with extremely poor communication, I was charged extra in the car park and my car was returned with all floor mats dirty baring in mind I live in a household of 2 and we keep our car spotless. They are refusing to rectify the situation or address my concerns properly. Save you money and use a better company!!!!!!!

Asked my arrival time and made me feel like he’s to call him if we were stuck on directions. When I arrived to park the car Nadeem was there to greet us and take pictures of the car alongside the mileage. He gave us clear instructions of what to do on the return. I followed his instructions and when I reached the car park My car was already there and was greeted with a lovely smile by Jas. Credit to the company as they do make the customer feel comfortable leaving their vehicle. I will be using Kwik Park again after the New Year for my next holiday! 5***********

Worst Parking Company Ever.
The employees stole loose change from our car, used the car to run shopping errands and as a taxi for employees picking them up from Terminal 2 and 3 before driving our car to T5. Our car has a tracker and when challenged the driver denied he had done anything other then move the car from long to short stay parking. When we rang the company to complain they hung up on us. Please avoid this company if you like your possessions to be respected.

Called as left baggage. Waited 40mins. Called again and they claimed I'd never called. They claimed I wasn't in the system and then confirmed they'd made a mistake and would be another 30mins. I called again, "we've lost your car, I've got 3 guys trying to find it...." Two hours later they finally turn up. They were rude, obnoxious and the communication was awful. Never ever use these people. The company is not fit for purpose.
