Delivered to the wrong address even…
Delivered to the wrong address even though I clearly mentioned greenway court and not greenway road. I had no email confirming the delivery was due yesterday and luckily I chased up to then find my delivery across the road.

Great service
Have used kwikvape since they opened. Everytime i've used them they have been very friendly and helpfull. Needed a new vape pen today and although it was more expensive than on a major online shopping website, i bought from kwikvape. This was because of the past service and its a local business. Keep up the goid wotk

Ordered a Vape Kit
Ordered a Vape Kit and all good, next day I had a phone call off a nice bloke saying the one I ordered was out of stock but they do have one in a different colour. Lucky for me I liked that too, so he looked after me on a battery and extra bubble glass and postage. The next day it landed. I'm very happy with a great service and it's nice to know a company actually gives a dam about looking after people which seems to be a rarity these days. I will be using them again.

As a small business we juggle stock between our shop and website so sometimes we are not quick enough to update stock levels on the website, if it's our mistake we will always bend over backwards to offer an alternative whether it costs us more or not.
