Exceptional - I ordered a case of Bordeaux on 22nd December with no expectation that it would arrive for Christmas as very last minute selection. But was amazed to receive great comms, update on overnight dispatch and safe receipt on 24th via APC at 9.30am - brilliant packaging in air cushions - could not be happier. Will be back for a proper order in the New Year - thank you.

I had been looking for my favourite cans of beer (gold label by whitbread) for a few months had no luck at any off licences or any of the major shops,but just by chance called into KWOFF on silver street bury and the lady looked it up and ordered me a case (24 cans) without any problems and only waited 2 days to pick up, fantastic service. I will recommend this shop to all.

The wine was cheaper than anywhere else but after ordering in early November was informed, by phone, that it was out of stock and would be available early December. I was asked would I care to wait or have a refund but due to the attrcative price I decided to wait. I phoned Kwoff early December for an update; I was told would be in bonded warehous very shortly; few days later was phoned to say it had arrived and would be despatched and delivered in a few days time, which it was. APC courier was used for delivery and comms from them, anf Kwoff, was excellent; the APC tracking facility was also first class. The bottles of wine were extremely safely packaged, but a lot of plastic was used (inflated cushion wrap sleeves) rather then recyclable cardboard which could upset some people. Overall a good experience.

I very nice organic cremant from Alsace but sadly let down by huge amounts of non-recyclable packaging.
I recently ordered wine from another company that used all cardboard very secure recylable packaging so it can be done!

What a “JOKE” company!!! Placed an order on Thursday 14th October, no further shipping details arrived so phoned Kwoff on Monday afternoon18th October and spoke with a male member of staff who informed me that my order would be with them from the Bonded Warehouse tomorrow morning and would then be dispatched onto me forthwith!!! Earlier this morning Wednesday 20th October I listened to a voice message from a female member of Kwoff informing me that my wine is out of stock probably until December??? Really!!! What a total shambles I now have to wait 3/5 days for my refund of £105.99 to be back into my account!!! Avoid these people and use a reputable Wine Wholesaler like MD John or Naked Wines!!!!

A great range of beverages at good prices. The delivery was a bit more than I usually pay but it my order was packaged and ship so fast and efficiently it was worth it. I've previously ordered alcohol from another website and it was delivered broken 3 times in a row! Not with Kwoff though. I would order from them again with confidence.

Amazing customer service and prompt delivery. Also the price I paid was extremely competitive with the larger online retailers. I would use this company again without hesitation!

Like many people I came across Kwoff by accident. They are superb, answering orders immediately. They stock good quality wines at very competitive prices and their packaging and delivery time are first rate. They thoroughly deserve a 5* rating.

I hadn't heard of Kwoff before, being a London resident would probably explain it but I was looking for a particular beer that was hard to find and came across these guys. I am not sure whether the beer delivery side of things is a new thing for them given the current situation but I found some other great stuff on their website with very reasonable delivery costs and shipped the same day. The delivery delay was on Royal Mail's side (5 days) but I was really impressed with Kwoff's service and would definitely buy from them again.

Fantastic guys there and not only love their knowledge and the chatter but also the whole atmosphere of their shop. Okay, a bit biased as my shop is opposite but have still gone over for their advice on what wine for what meal is best.

Before I had to shield due to the Coronavirus, I would often stop by Kwoff on my way home from work. I loved to try new craft ales, stouts and porters and would buy many gifts from there for family/friends.
More recently, Kwoff delivered some superb wine for free to my sister and her partner who are both keyworkers to say thanks for their support. This is above and beyond anything we could ever expect from Kwoff and I promise I will come back and shop with you again soon. Outstanding service thank you

We experienced our first lockdown wine tasting event with KWOFF and found it excellent. Great to taste different wines and learn about their origins from the comfort of your own home. Will definitely be taking part in another.

I've been a customer of Kwoff for neary five years.They are friendly and knowledgable. The shop offers wine tastings which are always a good laugh and a great way to try new wines. I highly recommend Kwoff for their selection, service and general wonderfulness.
