I’m very disappointed with my…

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this company. I requested the cancellation of my ProFormula subscription over a month ago, but they completely ignored my request and charged me again €120 without authorization.

The customer service is absolutely unresponsive and unhelpful, and it feels like they just pretend not to see your messages when you try to cancel.

For such a high-priced subscription, I expected professionalism and basic respect for their customers — but that’s clearly not the case here.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before subscribing, because getting out of it seems to be deliberately complicated.
