Don’t buy these plants

Don’t buy these plants, the pots are of very bad quality and doesn’t look anything like the website and you will receive a dead plant also you won’t get refund even after they get back their product more than a month ago 65596.

Pathetic service

Pathetic service. Their team be it customer support or sales doesn't know how to work. No invoices shared, no tracking details. They can't even write the correct address and shipped 70 plants that we ordered to wrong address.
Customer support is so noob they have no idea what to do and you can keep on following up only.

I was informed by one of your colleagues that the refund process had been initiated and that the amount would be reflected in my account within 3 to 4 business days. I received an official confirmation email regarding this refund on October 11. However, as of today, October 28, I regret to inform you that the funds have yet to be credited back to my account.

I had a extremely bad experience with Kyari. I ordered a repeat order and they sent wrong product. I have been trying to approach then to get this replaced and they are not responding. Their customer support number seems to be invalid and doesn't work. Raised support ticket, but no one reponds.
I would suggest to avoid ordering product from this site.

Pathetic just useless.Instagram ads scam

Pathetic just useless.
No sense to handle customers, sent order in 15 days and then sent wrong and damaged plants. I raised a ticket which they bothered to reply in 15 days and then sent right plant with a cheap plastic products. Don't waste your money. All they know is to spend money on Instagram ads and lure consumers and loot them.

Wish I could 0 star them

Oh, I don't even know where to start. The plant has yet not been delivered it's been due promised delivery date , more than 10 days.The customer service people really don't care about their customers, there number is usually invalid and all they know to do is harass their customers. The best thing about them is that they know exactly how to torture their customers. Even though my order was pre paid these people still won't care. My tickets are unanswered, mail are unread, their contact number won't work. Just pathetic and these people are really good at humiliating. There are some other good plant sellers I would highly recommend to buy from (other website) since these people are least bothered and are a fraud. Please don't waste your time and money on these people.

No any customer support

No any customer support. They told me wait for 4-5 days to grow plant. I waited 4-5 days but after that time period, there is no anyone to pick up my phone. Plant i received with damaged plant and soil is coming out from the package. I want to replace I don't need money. But still they are playing game. Now I want my refund. I am convinced with replace but they are not giving any suggestion or even pick up my phone. So, now I want my refund. Order Number #K-9008
