Excellent resource for buyers and sellers
I´ve been working with Kyero for the last 18 years and they have always provided an excellent service. Not only is the website an excellent way for buyers to find their new home in Spain but it is also excellent as a resource for anyone in the real estate industry in Spain.
The staff are always efficient and friendly when an issue arises but thankfully, this is very rare.
i would thoroughly recommend using the website if you are selling in Spain and for buyers, you can´t get a better choice of properties for sale.

We’d like to clarify that our subscription model operates on automatic renewals, which is clearly outlined at the time of activation. Customers can cancel by notifying us at least 5 days prior to renewal.
In this case, while there was no cancellation request received before the renewal, we issued a refund as a goodwill gesture. We are always available to assist with any questions or clarifications regarding subscriptions and renewal policies.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, Kyero is not an agency, we list properties on behalf of 1000s of agents located in Spain, Portugal, Italy and France. We do not act as an agency ourselves, and agents are responsible for the quality of their listings and responding to enquiries.
While some listings may not yet have full English descriptions, we’re working on an automatic translation tool to improve this. Kyero offers the benefit of access to thousands of properties in one place, helping simplify your search across multiple destinations.

Recently signed up for the AI package and cannot see any difference in my adverts to my old package.
Was a shambles with the payment and invoices too, and took a while to sort out.
Hopefully things will improve!
Scored it 3, as I do get client enquiries, but they also seem to have decreased since the new package.
Will monitor and see how it goes, as to if will renew next time.

A Good Portal But With Subscription Pricing Issues
A good portal which gave me leads and sales during my time subscribing with them. The only downside was their subscription options. To get higher in the rankings you had to pay for various upgrades. The problem I could never work out was if everyone paid for an upgrade you still wouldn't be at the top of search as there would be too many agents also paying. It seemed they were forever trying to get you to pay more with a promise of listing your properties higher.
