Kylslaget AB is an unreliable company that provides very low quality of services and abuses ROT deduction regulations.

Kylslaget AB were installing two AC units in my house in May 2024.

They have sent one subcontractor to do the job, a person that was not even part of their company and someone who clearly needed help while installing heavier pieces.
I have ordered a wall mounting for both units. After drilling a big hole in my wall, the subcontractor decided that it is safer to install the unit on a stand, which I understood.
He then placed the unit on 4 random rocks and, while in functioning mode, the unit was so wobbly that it was slipping from the rocks. I asked the subcontractor to fix this, but he informed me that he was done. He also said that if I attempt to move it myself, I will lose warranty due to fragile copper wires in the connection!
I was left with wobbly and unfunctional unit that I was not allowed to fix. Also, the hole was obviously not fixed, and place left in total chaos.

I ended up hiring a true professional to fix what Kylslaget AB could not, I have then received a discount from Kylslaget AB covering 60% of the cost I had to pay to the professional.

The second unit was installed incorrectly too, it was not mounted to the wall even though the wall was concrete and fully capable of supporting the weight.

After all this, I was charged 40.964 SEK for half a day of subcontractor’s work while cooling units’ cost was artificially lowered to below 10k SEK and 5k SEK respectively.
A clear ROT extortion attempt that I have addressed with Skatteverket and I encourage you to do the same if you believe there might have been fraud attempts on your invoices too.

If that is not enough, I have just received an invoice from debt collection agency, covering the full ROT deduction of almost 13k SEK. Upon contacting Skatteverket I learned that I have exceeded my ROT deduction limit by 1.8k SEK, but they have paid Kylslaget AB the remaining 11k.
Another extortion attempt of nearly 11k which I am completely not surprised with at this point.

Stay away.

The installation was done efficient and professional and the installer was extremely friendly

Worst customer service ever. They do not answer or a different person answers each time so no one has a good overview on your case. They cancelled our appointment less than 24 hours before it was booked even though we waited a whole month for the technician.
They rebooked the appointed but we had to wait a month and three days for it.

They have sent us wrong screen for the repair of our heater and the technician could not fix it. He tried to contact customer service but they don't even answer their own workers.

He left after an hour an a half of doing nothing but taking the lid off the heater and putting it back.
They have now sent us a bill of 2500 sek without even calling us to mediate the problem that we had.

Spare yourself a headache and two months waiting time and book with another company.
