Tripped on this website about a month…

Tripped on this website about a month ago and feel like I’ve discovered my favourite clothing brand now! Super comfortable well made clothes that are great for casual wear. Very happy and now a repeat customer.

You'll never get your items. Then they'll cancel and give you a refund

Ordered three items.... Over 2 weeks later that had been no update so I contacted them.

And explained that if I didn't get an update I would have to contact my credit card company for a chargeback because they took $150 of my money and did absolutely nothing for 2 weeks.

So pretty quickly after that they sent me an email and said that my order number was flagged as potential fraud and that order had been canceled and fully refunded.

How is this company even in business a little bit and have the nerve to charge out the ass for their clothes?!

Leave it to a Canadian company to completely drop the ball in a colossal way
