Although delivery was a little slow and the 'external 'Tanglewood' carton momentarily confused me!! (it cleverly housed the guitar and accompanying Sigma hardshell case!), in all other respects Kytary were very professional, communicative, and ready to help in everyway. The Furch Blue (cedar/mahogany)is delightful as is the set-up and intonation. Maybe I'll buy another Furch in the future!
I would certainly use Kytary again and remain highly satisfied with their service.
