KYYO is my go to shop for K-pop albums! They always have so much stock online and the sales are literally a life saver when your trying to save money but want an album, the shipping is also really reasonable and quick!

An item I wanted was unexpectedly out of stock. They contacted me immediately and said they would stock it as soon as possible. Great customer service.

I’m a regular at KYYO and they are always amazing! All my orders from them have always come packed really well and super quick. My recent SKZ order I asked if they could include anything Felix and they went out of their way and included multiple Felix photocards for me which I really appreciate them doing that for me and show they care for customers and their requests! Ordered a Lightstick that's pretty much oos everywhere, it was an old version (which was a plus for us - much nicer!) Came very fast, was packaged well and was new and A++ condition Can't wait to use it when we see them in concert next month. Will definitely shop with kyyo again. Thank you!

I ordered an album that was on sale that included a special limited edition photocard, which fellow kpop fans will know is quite important to our purchase. Upon recieving it was clear that there was no photocard included despite me ordering this specific edition. After reaching out to customer service I was asked to double check I hadn't recieved it, which I had. They then offered to send out another. I recieved it today, and it's the wrong member of the group, not the POB i ordered. The worker didn't check to see what POB I ordered, or the person packing can't tell difference between Haerin and Danielle? Like come on they don't look alike, so how can you mess that up? Either way..., another mistake with this happening, after them not including the pob in the original order, shows too many mistakes from this company. I'll be using elsewhere in future.

EDIT: Wow check out their reply to my comment. Salty company much? You sent me Haerin instead of Danielle, after failing to send me one at all in the first place. I know full well the weverse POB are sent with the correct album, such as Danielle album version coming with Danielle photocard + stand. The fact you say you send them out randomly is a laughable excuse. Who the hell wants a Haerin POB card when they ordered the DANIELLE album? You guys can reply to try and make yourselves look better if you want but you're just gonna put off more people as you're literally admitting in your reply to me that you're sending random POBs instead of sending out correct one to match the album. Maybe try at least saying POBs are sent out randomly BEFORE PEOPLE BUY? If someone buys the god damn Danielle album it is not surprising they want the god damn DANIELLE POB. 0iq company.

I frequently pre-order and order with KYYO and I’ve never been disappointed. The pre-orders are always dispatched promptly once on hand, and the packaging is perfect. Highly recommend and will continue to use!

I usually buy my Twice POBs from here and there’s always a great range of korean stores to choose from and they always arrive in perfect condition and very quickly! And accompanied by very good customer service too.

Good stock of all the kpop albums I want. Normally quite quick to arrive for preorders, a few recently have come quicker than expected which is really nice. Customer service is amazing and has been very helpful.
My only slight issue is they normally don’t stock the POB photocards from the special shops like other stores do, but that’s only a small issue. Other than that I almost always buy from them.

My go to KPop store every time. They always stock older generation groups as well as the lastest ones. On the occasion that I have contacted them, service has been really good. Definitely recommend them.

Been using this place since March this year and I recently ordered their Girl Group Mystery Bags. Ordered the £8 and £10 ones. £8 digipack/smini or platform with poster and photocard or postcard. £10 one same except It's a photobook instead of smaller album. I got Itzy Checkmate Photobook with a Makestar Jisoo and Red Velvet poster, Jihyo digipack with Momo Clear Photocard and IZ*ONE Poster. Very good deal! Threw In a add on poster and Chuu PC too and add on poster they sent me my fav, Dreamcatcher. Really under rated website.
