Absolutely the worst possible service I've experienced in Finland. Nobody seems to go their job at all, unless they want your money. Would consider moving all my policies elsewhere
I had both health and accident insurance with them, but I won’t be renewing next term. No English service, and the customer service is incredibly slow. I had to wait a long time just to submit a specialist’s medical report. Before that, I even gave them authorization to access my records directly from the hospital, but there was no follow-up—I had to do everything myself
The wait was so long to justify that i need to go for further check up and even already got specilist doctor. I decided to just wait the process that I ended up going to the emergency room because the symptoms were getting worse. Called them again to check if my case had been processed, only to find out it still wasn’t. If I can’t even get coverage when I need it, what’s the point of having health insurance? PLEASE STAY AWAY from the insurance.
No customer service whatsoever in English. They pretend not to speak English if you call them

Impossible to get in touch with other than a chat robot. I sent them a message about compensation request almost 3 weeks ago with all the necessary information and bills but haven't gotten any reply back. The online forms don't work for travel insurances and I have phoned them on a week day during the day and queued over half an hour. Finally when I got in touch with a real person, the service was very nice though.
