I have ordered a week ago, paid £35 for express shipping and my order hasn't even shipped yet. I have tried contacting customer service via email, phone (only voice mail) and socials, but no response whatsoever.

Very high quality products and quick delivery. I bought a present for my sister and it was so soft and well tailored. Beautifully packaged too.

I got the Labeca Signature Sweater and the quality and fit is beautiful. Super cosy and warm, I would highly recommend their comfy, chic and luxurious clothing. To top it off, I also received a Labeca designed cookie with my sweater. So cute!

I bought the Zoe Cashmere Shawl for my Mum and she absolutely loves it. Fantastic quality and looks stunning, she wears it all the time! Will definitely be shopping from here again.

Dress sizes are way off. My friend who’s an 8 couldn’t fit into a “large”. Online shop orders don’t match the items they’ve photographed either. My friends and I wanted to get the red dress and I ordered first and it’s orange. Also you have to pay for your own return.
