I don’t often write reviews but this companies customer service is appalling. I had bought 2 items from this company which I would like to return (within the 14 day returns period) but when setting the return up it only offers an exchange even though their return policy states that items can be returned for a full refund. I have emailed them to try and setup a return and refund, I’ve tried live chat and messaged on WhatsApp and Instagram and had no response and it’s been 3 days. Definitely avoid this company at all costs and take your hard earned money elsewhere!
