Good products, easy ordering and fast delivery, but the returns process needs improvement.

I’ve ordered from Label Menswear several times and found the website easy to use, with quick dispatch and delivery. Product quality has always been good.

However, I recently experienced difficulties obtaining refunds for returned items. Store credit was initially issued instead of a refund to my original payment method, and it took several emails and escalation before the matter was resolved.

To be fair, Label Menswear did ultimately process the refunds, but the process was more complicated than it needed to be and appears to be a recurring theme in other reviews.

Overall, a good retailer with excellent products and service when ordering, but the returns and refund process could be clearer and more customer-friendly.

If you are confident you won’t make a return or don’t mind a bit of a struggle, crack on.

Quick delivery. Good products. Refund policy is slightly misleading and unclear. They dont give cash refund, only store credit or an exchange. It took me weeks and numerous emails to eventually get my money back. It wouldn't of been so bad if it was clearly stated, but this is not the case.

First for prices on Stone Island. Unfortunately though if you return items the default seems to be a gift card instead of a refund. Other than that it's a good place to get SI stuff from 🙂

Im my opinion do not order if you have to return items

LOOKING AT REVIEWS SEEMS PEOPLE HAVE HAD SIMILAR ISSUES IN THE LAST FEW DAYS of this company NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS

Delivery quick unfortunately item didnt fit so I sent back next day asking for a refund they send me a giftcard quoting all sorts of nonsense
1.Firstly stating that I selected a gift card then changing their mind to
2. They don't accept returns although they advertise this on their site quoting the email they sent me
'Hi [name],
We offer refunds in the form of store credit or exchange'
3. I quoted the distance selling act and suddenly I get my refund minus £10 again not advertised on their site ( finally they gave me this refund as well after a further email stating this was to cover their return label service)
4. I have since received two long emails sent to my personal email address from the owner asking me to remove or edit my review on here which I deem as quite harassing (also against trust pilot policy )

I am happy the owner seems to have addressed incompetent staff and happy my issue was dealt with but reading reviews this isnt the first time a gift card has been offered when someone has asked for a refund
In my opinion I would not recommend this business

Ordered shorts from the website and returned them as too small. These were then refunded via store credit/gift card which is stated no where on their website. Emailed 2 weeks ago to ask where it states this and haven’t had any correspondence from them. Now £250 down with no answer. Order No #76553.

Company have refunded me back to original payment method on 11 June. Refund page needs updating as return to original payment is not clear.

Tried to return a brand new item due to being too small to be told it won’t be accepted, but will be offered store credit. To being denied a refund due to not wanting another product is beyond a joke
