Excellent! Not enough good words to say about Labelworx from their support teams to pitching teams. Always keen to help as much as they can, and provide top tier knowledge to help our record labels have the best success possible.

Best in the business for electronic/dance music distribution. Knowledgable and genuine staff who are always helpful. Top notch support that will beat what you get from most other music distributors.

It took us a while to get started a few years ago, but we were really in need of cooperating with LabelWorx, since they are one of the very few distributors offering Hardstyle.com as a DSP. The amount of information required and the time it took to get set up only shows one thing to me: great professionalism and a genuine willingness to expand your catalogue as much as possible.

In the end, our headaches trying to get started were more than worth it, because we get so much in return. The support is extraordinarily good compared to other distributors, and tracks are sent out quickly and without mistakes. If you make a mistake on your own, it is fixed within hours.

There is really no chance of us switching to any other distributor again.

I maintained two labels with them from 2011; they exhibited a high level of professionalism during the initial five years, and the deal was an appealing 85/15% share.
Regrettably, in 2023, those gentlemen erased my whole catalogue since I failed to respond to an email concerning a spurious copyright violation within a 30-day period during my holiday. Even after I subsequently provided proof of copyright, they refused to allow me to utilise their platform. They are stringent, which is beneficial; but, concessions should be made for long-term consumers. I recommend partnering with Symphonic, which offers a favourable revenue-sharing arrangement for labels, or Ampsuite, owned by Beatport, but their terms are somewhat unfavourable.

One of the things I value most about working with LabelWorx is their outstanding customer support. Every time I’ve had a question or needed help, their team has responded quickly, clearly, and efficiently — often going the extra mile to resolve issues without delay.

In a fast-paced industry where timing is everything, having such a responsive and knowledgeable support team makes all the difference. It’s reassuring to know you're in good hands when something needs attention.

On top of that, they make the process of releasing music smooth and efficient, ensuring everything goes live on schedule and without complications.

Solid service, dependable delivery, and top-tier support — highly recommended.

Label Worx support team is highly professional, super friendly, responsive and helpful whenever we have any issues they help us in the best way.

We have been using Label-worx since 2015 and they have been a great help for our label and sub-labels.

In the past 12 months I can still say their customer service is always on point and they always resolve queries very quickly, and sort out problems with DSP's very fast.

They also get our labels more exposure with their licensing compilations which is a great help to us as it expands our reach and grows our fanbases which is something we could not do as easily without them.

So many good things about them, but these are just a few.

I received an email stating that they're terminating my account without any notice nor reason. Out of the blue. I emailed them and told me that they won't discuss it at all, and they will terminate my music and issue takedowns. After 8 years with them. all my hard work is now gone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Fair and serious .

We had an issue with the mix/level of the song we wanted to release and we had to change it, the LabelWorx team made it extremely easy for us to do so by giving us a way to change the song instead of removing the entire release. Their response time was awesome and they’re very professional.
