We spent 3.5months with them. Do not recommend it.
We spend 3.5 months with Labis Labs. Wasted time and money. Did not increase our conversion in any meaningful way - finally we lost money. First month you will get fast and really friendly communication. Alessio who is the owner of the agency will boost positivity during calls but then you will have to start chasing him asking to put deadlines which will be vague. As it is true that you need to give more time for an agency to produce results - so we did.
After 2 months account was starting to see first results but it was not stable. Instead of continuing pushing hard they put a junior ad buyer on our account. We saw immediate decreasing results. No one communicated with us about any changes within the team. We had to figure out what was happening on our own. At that moment Alessio was not responding to some of our messages. We started looking for a new agency but kept Labis Labs to finish the month. Even so we had a contract in place the last week of work was very poor and they did not finished what was promised (email campaign not launched and ads running free).
Also we took back the ad creatives production after first month as we saw a lack of skill.
