Honestly, this little machine makes light work of all our kitchen labels, so much quicker and less trouble than scribbling them by hand. The EHO inspector was well impressed too, which is always a bonus, and it keeps costs down for us.

This little machine keeps our EHO well pleased, and it’s a right sight faster than scribbling on labels. It sorts out all our dating needs without any bother, and getting new labels delivered is dead easy too, straight from the device. Highly Recommend for anyone who appreciates time efficiency

Setting up our labels for the kitchen used to be a bit of a palaver, but this little machine makes it so straightforward. Anyone can just walk up to it and get the right label printed instantly, which really takes the head-scratching out of it for the team.

This printer's really helped us get our labels sorted without any fuss, making sure everything's correct for the EHO. It’s definitely quicker than scribbling by hand, saving us a bit of cash and plenty of time in the day.

I've been a big fan of labl.it since discovering it a couple of years ago, and its amazing how much the company has developed. We use ours in a large 50 bedroom hotel that does over 2000 covers on a quite week and up to 5000 a week during the festive period. The time this machine saves us is amazing, and all information is need with 2 clicks! thank you labl.it for improving my kitchens productivity. this is a must have item for any face paced kitchen!

This little machine has really tidied up our labelling, so much quicker than scribbling everything by hand. Ordering more labels straight from the device, and getting them quick and free, just makes life a whole lot easier for the kitchen. Keeps the food safety folks happy too, which is a bonus.

This bit of kit has been a total relief; no more painstakingly writing out labels by hand and it keeps our EHO happy. Ordering more labels straight from the machine is really handy, saving us a good few quid and loads of wasted time.

We are currently a small businesses and we are soon opening a shop were we will supply food products and therefore we tired labl it. once we have created our homebakes to sell we can label them and make sure we know the correct dates on food and we also needed the machine to print barcodes for our items. I was able to start the subscription but then received an email from there team stating they are not willing to continue with the subscription. For this reason, I have decided to find another label company for which I have been successful and they have supported me with my needs unlike this company.

I am very disappointed with the service I received and I wasn’t even offered any further options. I was shocked to see the email.

Adding on, I received further contact from the Founder and Co-Founder of the company. While doing this, I decided to take a closer look myself at the products and services they offered. After close inspection I also realised they didn’t offer postage label printers which we also need to ship goods to our customers. For this reason we decided to contact another recourse and let LablIT know we wouldn’t be using there services. I can understand why my management team left this review as really the inspection for weather you suit the needs of the equipment or not should take place before signing up to a subscription and adding your direct debit details. For this is my own personal feedback, this means your clients can understand the situation more and add all the additional information to support why it will suit e business needs. I received delightful customer service emails and was glad to see the company engaging with me to try and resolve the issue. But in the end, our company required a different service which unfortunately they didn’t offer! For the customer service and support I received, I’ve updated this company to a 4 star rating for excellent support and help but of course we are terribly sorry we couldn’t be one of your clientele as well. If we require this product in the future I will be sure to be back in touch!
