A total POSITIVE experience. Im a veteran when it comes to "rebel" the skincare and advanced treatments. Ive order from MANY Korean companies & Laboderm Skin is at the top of the list when it comes to helpfulness & shipping. Someone message with me in real time to answer my questions through whatsapp & my order arrived in 1.5 days from south korea to the northeast region of the US. Prices were great & I was able to use my credit card, NO BANK TRANSFERS! Im already planning my next order!

They are fast delivering the products, around a week. Products are original brands with authenticity seals. I which I was able to pay my import fees when I made the orders but instead FedEx send you a bill with the import fees that you have to pay.

I ordered what was clearly labeled "Rejuran Tone Booster 3 + 3 Set." The page had "Rejuran" in bold capital letters and every photo showed Rejuran packaging, so I reasonably believed I was buying "Rejuran".

Instead, I received a completely different product— "Vitaran Skin Brightner". What is misleading is that "Vitaran" has its own separate page on their site for $99, while I paid $119 on the Rejuran page. Even in my cart, the product name still said Rejuran, not Vitaran.

I genuinely believe you would have to be someone with expereince in spotting these kinds of design tricks, or already know what "Vitaran" is, to realize what was happening. The listing feels like it's set up to confuse —only a web designer or employee familiar with their internal setup would have noticed this "option" buried in the page.

When I contacted the company, they refused to take responsibility or cover the return shipping, insisting it was my fault for "not reading carefully." I find this dishonest and disappointing. They don't deserve my business or my money.

Sent my delivery to my billing address and not my shipping address. Had to make a 2 hour drive to pick up the package.

It's was great, Your products are amazing. I was desperate to fine Dermaline toner.
The only thing is that customers services charges are a little expensive.
I was interest in you Stem Cells Cream but I only want one and the web they put that I have to buy 3 pieces. Can you support me with that, please

I love this product. Very hard to get but since I got mine I use it twice a day

I spent over 250$ on my first order with the company. After receiving I realized I was missing one item. It was the cheapest item I ordered honestly. I emailed customer service to let them know. They requested a picture. I sent the photo showing all contents. They said they would have to check package weight and check with the shipping team. They never again replied to any email. I requested a replacement or a refund. They wouldn’t reply to give either. They lost a valuable customer who is very dedicated to skincare.

You guys were great. I just wish I knew I was going to have to sign for the package. I ended up having to drive 30 min to pick it up from
fedEx because I wasn’t home when they came.

Such a great company. The selection is amazing if you are looking for K skin care. It’s hard to find some brands and they have them. I wish the free shipping total was a little lower, but I understand with our tariff issues it causes a lot of problems. They package things beautifully, everything arrived in perfect condition, they even sent a little bag. I’m thrilled with my products. I finally ordered from Laboderm Skin and I will be a customer from now on. Their shipping was very fast and I appreciated them sending me emails regarding my order. Thank you for your great customer service Laboderm. I am certainly gonna tell my friends about them.

They have great products love to get my skincare products from their website. If you need help with anything you can email them and they get back with you quickly.
