I make a purchase for 300E and I don’t have the parfumes.
I make a purchase for two perfumes and have a free shipping.
They send me email with purchase and tracking number.
After one month I start to write them email and ask them where is the package.
In the tracking it’s on one place and don’t move.
They say that will see-and after that no respond.
I find a friend that speaks Italian and she call them 3-4times.
Every time there was excuse-someone is ill and they don’t no,they will check.
In the end they told that they don’t care bravo’s everything is in the transporting company.
Accords in the transporting company I can’t make chance because they don’t give me some number and I can only see where is the packing.
Now they are 7monthts after my purchase and I don’t have nothing!!!
