Took 5 weeks to arrive, these are lafufus
The quality is pretty good

Do not use! After numerous emails and no replies. I can’t contacted my bank and they refunded me straight away. Thank you westpac!

Ordered from LABUBU MUNDI and never received any updates or proof of order aside from being billed for it. Have reached out by email numerous times and have not received any replies whatsoever ever. My bank’s not even able to find a phone number for this company. My bank’s going through a charge back over this.

Was sent lafufus, and they were also damaged in transit. Brought up to their customer service that they were broken and not authentic, even providing video and picture evidence, and they had the gall to claim “they arrived in perfect condition”. Have a case open with my bank to get my money back, do not buy from them

We ordered 2 labubus and they were advertised as authentic popmart labubus. Delivered worldwide in 2 weeks.

We waited 6 weeks and what turned up from china was fake. 2 blind boxes and both the same ! None of the QR scan codes work, the labubus whilst same colour have different colouration in the face. One was brighter than the other. Do not buy these if you were wanting actual authentic dolls. The customer service and response were also dreadful.

* Update! They arrived today! I am not convinced they are legit but they are very good copies if they aren't original Labubus. They have all the things that make them seem legit apart from the QR code on the box that doesn't work. *

I'm giving them 3 stars in the hope that I do get my Labubus. I ordered them on 8th August and it's now 25th and they are in transit. I have emailed them twice and received replies. I have also asked if they are original Labubus but they have ignored that question! So we shall see. I can track the delivery now though and it is on it's way. Fingers crossed as these things are just impossible to get hold of. I am in New Zealand so that may also be why it is taking ages to get to us.

This is just awful! Ordered on the 1st of August, then received an email on the 7th that info had been sent to the dispatcher! It’s now the 18th!!!! NOTHING! Info is still be sent to dispatcher.
If I get no update or none I’ll be flagging this as fraud and a scam to my bank. Thursday will be the 21st day since my purchase! This is really bad! They say between 5 to 12 days max, and it’s been 18 days so far and got not shipping date yet, nothing.

Absolute Joke.
They send out an order number but won’t offer a refund or allow cancellation, even 2 hrs after ordering. The items haven’t arrived either, 3 weeks and waiting. Will report to my bank as a scam. These companies need to be shut down and more checks need to be carried out before they are allowed to trade.

Scams! Do not order from this company. They take your money and don't send anything or respond to you. I wish I checked these reviews before I stupidly purchased something!!!!

This website appears to be an oficial website for la bubu dolls. The website is an scam they send the order number but there is no option to cancel the order even the same day. Also there is no possibility to register in the website to see the list of orders that you already done and manage them. also the website was launched on 19-06-2025 based on GoDaddy.com where the website was purchase.
