Ordered Ammonium on 4th March 2026. Shipment showed Pickup Exception status from 6th March with zero movement for 2 days. When I contacted them for update or refund, their response was completely unprofessional. When I requested resolution, their response included abusive language which is completely unacceptable from any registered business seller. A seller who cannot take responsibility for their own logistics failures and responds with aggression to legitimate customer concerns is not trustworthy. Cannot comment on product quality as their customer service failed before delivery. Buyers beware — poor after sales support and zero accountability. Order tracking ID: SRSP0907878298.

Your order was dispatched within the timeline mentioned at the time of purchase and was ultimately delivered within the committed delivery timeframe. The "Pickup Exception" status displayed on Shiprocket was caused by a technical synchronization issue between Shiprocket and the courier partner, which unfortunately prevented tracking updates from appearing correctly on the Shiprocket page.
To ensure you could continue tracking the shipment, we provided you with the direct Ekart tracking link, where the shipment status was updating normally. We understand that the lack of visible updates on the Shiprocket portal may have been frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this caused.
We also take concerns regarding customer interactions very seriously. It was never our intention to cause any discomfort, and we apologize if any communication came across differently than intended. We continuously work to improve both our logistics coordination and customer support experience.
