Amazing service & communication!
Absolutely amazing service from Paul & Patryk. We had an issue with 2 air con units at our hotel/pub and I located a site online where I spoke to Paul on live chat, he then contacted me and got someone out within 2 days which was also a weekend. The communication was spot on and the service completed fixed our issues and we have a fuly working air con service ! Thank you

Once again, another excellent install by Leicester Air Conditioning Services! We used Paul again as I couldn’t fault the services earlier on in the year. We contacted Paul and asked him for a quick install and he arranged it straight the way. Paul also made us aware about a new unit which had just been released and so we chose that model. Great Service with honest advice
I had an excellent experience with Leicester Air Conditioning Services Ltd. From the very first conversation to the final installation, Paul was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Unlike other quotes I received, which suggested I needed a 5kW system, Paul took the time to visit my property and assess my actual needs. He advised me that a 3.5kW system would be sufficient, which not only met my requirements but also saved me £800.
The installation process was smooth and hassle-free, and I am delighted with the quality of the work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leicester Air Conditioning Services Ltd to anyone. In fact, I’m already considering purchasing another unit from them soon. Exceptional service all around!

These guys are Fantastic! Paul and Ash were amazing from the get go. Initial conversation was very professional. I had little knowledge about air conditioning and Paul had no problem answering all of my questions. Very experienced judging by his knowledge.
