What an excellent Family Business
from my initial enquiry with Jess who answered all my questions and keeping me updated through out
To Lee coming out to give us 5 quotes on various systems and all reasonable prices
Through to the installation with steve and Alex, these guys worked in the May Heatwave to complete the job
you cannot fault the dedication and service from this company excellent work
If you are thinking of Having A/C fitted then give them a call I am sure you will not be disappointed

We had the best ever experience from the moment we contacted Jess to arrange a visit and quote to the installation of three toshiba units.
Lee is an aircon expert and has been doing it all his working life. 100% professsional, vey diligent and his team were the same.
The installation was completed in one day, some quoted a 3 day job.

Great communication from the start. Site assessment for viability. Very detailed quote, multiple options offered with different systems, manufacturers, warranty lengths and prices. All explained really well too. We were in contact with so many other firms but Josa were clearly outliers to us for all the right reasons. Competitive family company with family values. Excellent instal packed into one day - on a Saturday - to limit disruption to my parents. Josa are top drawer. Thank you for being so accommodating and for the hard graft in the loft.

I can’t praise Josa AC highly enough. From the first contact they did everything they said they would as well as doing it when they said they would.
Lee was able to tailor the AC system to suit my requirements and as a result created a discreet and attractive installation that works so well that it exceeds expectations. I cannot praise this company too much.

Just one very small issue. I was not given a time for installation. I had to phone for confirmation.
The day of installation was amazing. Lee was very friendly. Thorough and very tidy. I was surprised how quick it was all done. No mess left behind. Amazing. I would Well recommend this company.

We can’t recommend Josa-Ac highly enough. We were having an extension built & at the eleventh hour decided to have air conditioning. This meant Josa-Ac had very little notice & they couldn’t have been more accommodating. We are absolutely delighted with it & considering we knew very little about air conditioning Lee, Jess & all the staff held our hand throughout the entire process.

This is the second air conditioning unit we've purchased and had installed by this company,they're friendly,courteous and knowledgeable, we also found them to be competitive with their prices, all in all a great experience and we are very impressed with them, excellent!

After talking to a number of people about servicing an older AC system, not obsolete, I came across Josa.

I am so glad to have found Josa AC. If you want air conditioning fitted this is the only company I would recommend. After speaking with other companies and gaining quotes, I was far more satisfied with Josa AC. After speaking with Jess and having Lee visit our home, the integrity and honesty on all advice was amazing. Whenever I asked further questions, I was always put at ease and they always answered the questions and offered trustworthy recommendations. The guys that fitted the air conditioning were brilliant, incredibly professional and very tidy, they left no mess and moved everything back to where it was. I can’t thank you all enough. The price was also very reasonable.

From start to finish the process was fantastic.
Here is a company who takes into account your needs and requirements along with your budget advising you along the way on the best options for you, in my case A/C for upstairs bedroom, thanks Jess & Lee.
The quotes received were very good and coupled with the above along with a recommendation from my neighbour, I didn't go anywhere else.
Installers were very polite, thoughtful and caring for your property and were the best workmen I've ever had in my home, thanks Chris.

Have used Josa the past 2 years for servicing a domestic air con unit and arranged for a service this year on 8th August in the afternoon. At lunchtime on the 8th I received an email to say the engineer had issue with van / had to go to the garage (fair enough) and asked for a date to rearrange, so I responded on the same day to say we’re flexible regarding dates to accommodate them. Didn’t have a response back on the Monday and I ended up ringing on the Tuesday morning to rearrange as there was a fault with our unit - the office told me that an engineer would visit late Tuesday afternoon but didn’t turn up and I received an email at 5.15pm to apologise as his installation job took longer than expected, however he could come late Thursday afternoon (and potentially Wednesday if they finish early). I confirmed that I would be at home on Thursday and requested they call me if they weren’t going to make it to save me hanging around at home, however no visit or contact so I gave up and contacted another company. Nearly two weeks after original service date planned I still haven’t been given a date or received any further contact from Josa, but thankfully the other company turned up when he said he would so I will not bother with Josa again as it appears they only want to do higher revenue jobs.

Amazing from start to finish.
Nothing was a problem, even when units had gone out of stock and needed to requote a few times.
All the way to the guys on the install days being courteous and leaving everything really tidy.
Now we are enjoying this weather with our new home AC.
Highly recommend their services.
