Great communication. Excellent service from start to finish. Installed 3x Split Unit Air Conditioners at my house. Completed the work with clinical perfection!

We called Josa in a panic as the air cooling system had gone down in the pub cellar.
They were efficient, a part required ordering and as soon as it came in they were back to get the cellar up and running.
Efficient and professional service throughout, would thoroughly recommend using this company.

I have to admit I haven't been the easiest customer, having 1st contact Josa over 18 months ago, deliberating over the type of unit, and if I really needed A/C in my home. Josa supported every question, and re-quote I requested, with me finally committing and placing an order in Early April 2024.

3 weeks later the install has been completed, with all my 4 bedrooms having A/C fitted, consisting of a Midea I-Cube Breeseless split system and multi-system.

Wow, what a system, looks great, offering fan, de-humid, heat and cooling. Whilst incorporating a great App, that allows me to manage all 4 units, and see the energy consumption daily.

I also need to acknowledge the installation team, which was led by Chris, whom was meticulously careful and clean, stating "he approached every install as if it was his own home." A perfect approach I expect most companies claim, though clearly demonstrated by Josa; thank you!

So would I recommend Josa?

The engineers Chris & Shay who installed our air-conditioning discussed everything with us throughout regarding the positioning of the units indoors and outside and their workmanship was professional and impressive.

After reading all the positive reviews we very quickly knew Josa AC was the company we could trust to supply & install our air conditioning units. This was then backed up with a knowledgeable and informative consultation with Lee to talk through our requirements & options. Jess provides superb communication & further help and advise prior to making our final decision and throughout. We had 2 units installed, one in the kitchen / living area and one in our bedroom. Both rooms are West facing and get the full brunt of the afternoon & evening sun so the benefit of AC would transform those rooms. The installation team were highly professional and again kept us informed during the process & completed a thoroughly superb install - both inside & out. Super neat and the units themselves (Toshiba Haori) look stunning and integrate into our living spaces perfectly. We are highly delighted and cannot recommend Josa AC enough. We are looking forward to a hot summer now this year.

We have a problem with humidity in our house and asked Lee if he could help. Lee carried out a survey and discussed options with us. We decided on a Mitsubishi Zen. Lee and team installed with minimum of fuss (we hardly knew they were here) and left everything clean and tidy. We immediately noticed a difference (our humidity gauge proved it too). We highly recommend Josa, excellent, friendly service.

Having recently had major surgery I have had plenty of time to research all the various Air Conditioning options.
I had several quotes but in the end decided to go with Josa-AC. Jess and Lee have been fantastic from start to completion yesterday. Prices very competitive and the fitters were brilliant, polite and cleaned everything up after them a credit to Josa-AC.

I cannot recommend Josa-Ac highly enough. They gave us different options for the air conditioning that we required. Communication was great and the installation happened very quickly. The installation team did a very tidy job and worked efficiently, keeping me updated on progress. I cannot fault their work or the friendly and helpful nature of the company as a whole. I would definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.

What a fabulous company - from initial visit and quote to the numerous questions I sent Jess - they aren’t pushy or impatient - on installation day I cannot fault the work they did - it was left clean and tidy like they hadn’t been there. Soo glad I found them.

Found Jose AC to be sensible and reliable people who communicated well and did what they said they would. They managed the contact with our tenant and brought the job to completion with minimum input from us but keep us informed as needed. Great job guys.

What a great family business. From the quote from lees first visit to the installation. I cannot fault the staff as they worked none stop and so helpful, friendly and very efficient. No mess eithee as they cleaned up as they went and helped put the furniture back. This is what a family business is all about and cannot recommend them enough. So much support and help on my decisiin which air con units to have before i made my final choice, and they were fitted within 2 weeks. To top it off the also removed all the rubbish afterwards so what more could you ask for. Perfect all round thankyou to you all.

Had 3 units fitted at our home last week and the lads did a great job. Very quick, efficient and polite. Tidy finish and cleaned up well afterwards. Units themselves doing a great job so far and its handy they can be managed from a smartphone app. Def recommend Lee and all the team, top experience.

Excellent from first visit to installation. I can not recommend Lee @ JOSA enough, Lee and the whole team clearly have a lot of pride in what they do as the service the offer is more than 5 stars.

Two young lads Jay and Ross did my installation. Very curteous, super efficient and very friendly. The job was done on time as promised, more than exceeded my expectations, or should I say that of my Labrador as she can't take her coat off, and she loves lying on the carpet now. Made a vast difference to my own existence too as this place is so different with A/C. I would recommend Josa to anyone thinking of getting A/C, one of the best firms i've dealt with in a long time.
