Ridiculous customer service

bought the Eddie Valiant Lancer Gen4 cause I wanted to support the YouTuber and his main sponsor.
The shipping takes nearly a month or so. thats all fine, USPS takes time.
But the replica finally arrived, it is misfeeding, I contacted LA, their response was "go look for Lancer tactical" ?????? Iast time I checked, the website is La Capa, not Lancer Tactical...maybe just buy directly from the maker then..or airsoft GI or redwolf or evike or something since i need to contact the manufacturer I might as well buy from them

Wouldn’t use again shocking customer services

Wouldn’t use again sent out a barrel with no orings which it should’ve had with it, promised to send them out after countless emails,, which I never received Couldn’t even tell me what size they were for me to purchase myself shocking customer service especially after my son spent all his birthday money there 👎👎

lacapa customs products are poorly designed and low-quality

lacapa customs products are not very good. I've been infuriated trying to fit their slides on stock TM frames, so I bought their frame thinking it would fit better.

The frame ended up being even more of a pain to work with, and when I tried to ask for a refund they simply said it was my fault when in fact their products don't work as advertised.

No one should expect to have to do a bunch of tech work after purchasing a product. Not even just racking the slide a bunch, I mean literally using a dremel to work the tolerances.

Also, the finish on the anodizing has started to wear after not very long.

La Capa violated my personal privacy!

La Capa violated my privacy!! I ordered parts from them and realized, after making another order from another retailer, that I had the wrong address on the LA Capa order. I contacted via email and they, with no questions asked, changed the address. Great right? Wrong! I gave them the wrong order. They eneded up shipping someones $1200 order to me by mistake. I received the items (2 Monk CNC M4 Recievers at $574 EACH) and contacted LA Capa on 3 seperate occasions to get these back to them. I recieve no answer back. Then a week or so later, I recieve and email from the rightful owner of the $1200 in product. He was given my personal email and my persoanl address by LA Capa in order to contact me to get his struff! LA Capa should have responded to me the first, second, or third time I reached out. They did not. LA Capa should have sent the other person thier items and not expected me to do it.

After all that, I reached out again with my privacy concern and was met with a finger pointed at me, for changing order address. I was told 3 days ago the owner, Sutton, would reach out to me. No one has reached out to me. I sent the items back and now they do not care about me. Sutton reached out 1 time prior to recieving thier items back. It was only to send a shipping label and coldly ask for the items. While I do not believe LA Capa spitefully did this in any way, I do not know the other person, where they live, or what kind of human being they are. I do not know if he will try to harm me or give my info out to any/everyone. This is why we have the Privacy Act that LA Capa violated. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!
