I ordered two sweaters. The quality is so poor and the sizing is very small. They came without tags or an invoice. Do not order from this site

Zero….i ordered a sweater, which mysteriously never arrived. I tried to contact them. I also tried to contact UPS, both attempts failed, with UPS stating that they had no record that the purchase was ever sent. They have my money, but are totally unreachable. Horrible service.

It took almost two months to receive my orders and with constant follow up with customer service. She keeps on saying it will be delivered shortly within 5-25 days but took close to 2 months. When it arrived, the materials were very rough and itchy to the skin, with no tags as to what type of materials were used. No laundry instructions and threads were hanging on the outfits. Size was a bit too small for me although it states Medium size and I normally wear small size. Overall, I cannot recommend this company which I thought was an Italian company and had expected good quality. Will not buy any product from them.

I ordered a cashmere sweater. It arrived with no tags. It looked like a shrunk size XXS. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. For 3 weeks I have been emailing their "customer service" team. Clearly this company knows what they are doing and are purposely giving customers the runaround. They are apparently based in Australia. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment of sending good money to a very very bad player.

Do not purchase. It’s a scam. I ordered two cashmere sweaters and the items arrived weeks later with the labels cut out and the fabric was extremely itchy. Why would you remove the labels? No verification of sizing, material, washing instructions. Lesson learned. Read reviews first.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER. I purchased a blouse whose return label was a Chinese individual's name living on "Sesame Street" in IL, United States. I received a cheap blouse with no tags, used condition, with a spot on the back and crooked buttons up the front (inferiorly made). When I requested a return I was told I'm basically stuck with the item and they'd give me 20% off the price. This company masquerades online as a luxury retailer with a nice looking website. DO NOT BE FOOLED.

Received the pants. First I thought it was a USA website, but the products are shipped from China. Really bad quality, wrong size.

I ordered two items. Neither item came with a price tag or care tag, implying the items were already used or deliberately damaged, and the care tags were ripped out so verification of the authenticity of the items was impossible. In addition, they arrived damaged and not wearable (buttons ripped off and string hanging). I contacted Lacceti via their internet form for returns and inquiries requesting instructions for a return. They responded with several options, including the option for a return but that I would have to pay the return shipping fee. I then reminded them of their own policy, stated on their website, that they “do not charge a return or handling fee”. After several back-and-forth emails, they still refuse to honor their own policy and provide a means for free shipping and full refund.

True, Lacceti advertises beautiful clothing, but when you receive an item, the sizing is way off. A 3X cardigan is more like a size 8. No tags to indicate size, care for the garment, or anything. And no way to seek redress if there's anything wrong with the order. From the name, I assumed that the manufacturer was from Italy...it's not. These practices are highly deceptive. Don't waste your money.

Why oh why didn't I check with Trustpilot first. The items I received had no tags. They were either still visibly cut off or completely missing. No fabric content, no fabric care, no size...no more orders from me!

This company is the worst. From misrepresenting their location, to using a third-party to ship and drop parcels, to stalling when refunds are demanded for non-receipt of products, I hate I ever gave them the benefit of my purchase.

They selected the name Lacceti to give the illusion that they are an Italian brand, when really they are based somewhere in China. Deceptive practices all around. And had I known they were located in China, I NEVER would have purchased from them.

Now, they are refusing to refund my purchase amount and I never received a single item!

Absolute scam! The clothes received aren’t the ones shown on the website. Its really really bad quality for this price. Feels like plastic and not healthy to wear at all.
The returning option is a scam as well. Its an effort to get the returning address in the first place. They offered me a million things instead (seems like they don't want their clothes again as well and surely don't want to refund me properly). But I wanted a refund, so I was provided the (wrong!) returning address. Now, as they never received my return (because of the wrong address) they wont send me my money. Instead they provided me with another address for my return.
Absolutely ridiculous scammers!

The items I received looked absolutely nothing like the products as they were represented online, and didn't fit even though I used the size guide. When I inquired about their return policy - which states online that they accept returns within 15 days - they said, "oh even though we are based in MN, we ship from Australia, and it will cost so much for you to return it, it won't be worth it. Let us give you 20% off instead, and you can keep them." SCAM.

Do not order from here! Not only did the delivery take for ever because it’s shipping from China and gets stuck at customs for a month, but once it arrived the quality is awful. When I tried to return the items, you must return to Australia so shipping costs over $200 and it’s out of your own pocket. They could give you ONE item from their store up to the amount you spent as your refund. But you pay $15 out of pocket for shipping.
Another option you can just take 20 percent back. So you’re out a lot of luck and wasted your money to a scam company. Hopefully, if you read this I’ll save you the trouble and some money.

I purchased the Women's Classic Workout Set from Lacceti and was extremely disappointed. The quality was poor and definitely not worth the price. The tracking information was unreliable, and the item didn’t arrive in time for my travels, which was a major inconvenience.

To make matters worse, the return policy was very restrictive. I was only offered a 40% discount instead of a full refund, leaving me stuck with a product I can't use. Now I’m left trying to resell it just to recover some of the cost. Overall, a frustrating experience—I won’t be shopping with Lacceti again.

Knock off items! The shoes and a top I purchased are not the same as the photos and descriptions. They are terrible quality and complete knock offs of the items in the photos they use. Don’t buy from this site. It also took a month to deliver.

This company is essentially a scam. They offer items that can be purchased on Shein but for a much higher cost. I had nothing but problems with my first order, it was not like the photos, very thin material, not made well, and was incredibly ill fitting. I wanted to return it and then they do the switch and say "It can be returned but only to Australia and it will be so expensive that you'd be at a loss so we can offer a 20% refund instead, or order another item and pay shipping of $15". I thought to give the second item a try. The item never arrived, I emailed and customer service sent photos of the courier, GOFO, placing the items in an OUTgoing mailbox, not to INcoming deliveries at the post office. The short story is I never received that item and now I'm out for two items and customer service continues to do nothing. They respond to emails, but don't reference the issue and continue to reiterate the same things, and now reference for me to return an item to Australia that I have never received. Don't do business with this company unless you want to simply give them money.

THIS IS A SCAM! I ORDERED "ITALIAN LEATHER SANDALS" AND GOT PLASTIC GLUED, FAKE, MAN MADE MATERIAL, $2 SHOES. GLUE RUNNING OUT OF THE SIDES! THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A FULL REFUND AND WANTED ME TO SEND BACK TO A DIFFERENT INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS AT MY EXPENSE! RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY HAVE SEVERAL OTHER BUSINESS NAMES. THESE PRODUCTS ARE VERY CHEAPLY MADE!

I purchased the Paloma Loafers, they arrived 2 sizes too small, poor quality with the strap that goes around the back of the ankle shorter than the shoe itself. Obviously unwearable. Service was appalling, was told it would be too expensive for me to return them so was offered a 10 o/o refund , then a 20o/o refund then a 30 o/o refund , it kept going up until I took my complaint to PayPal who refunded my money. This is a scam company , avoid like the plague. When a company keeps trying to avoid refunding , especially when they have firstly sent the wrong size of shoe and it’s there mistake and they still can’t except responsibility, then they are a Scam Company that you need to avoid.
