Beautiful dress and quick delivery (outside of the UK), but some of the sequins fall off when wearing it. There are so many sequins and beads on the dress though that so far it's not noticeable on the dress.

So dum the zipper was stuck and I know damn well it wasn’t me because I bought another dress the same size as eachother and the other one fit fine but dident look like the picture at all the first dress I ordered did not work at all first of all the zipper came broken and i also ordered these dress size S and they came xxs so only ONE of the expensive dress I got actually fit very disappointed take this stupid buisness down I thought I was so fat that the zipper broke if I didn’t know better I’d starve myself again this store SHOULD BURN BURN BURN DO NOT BUY SAVE YOUR MONEY

One dress gorgeous, one terrible
I have a dress from them that I absolutely adore, so I trusted them with ordering another online and taking the short end of the stick when it comes to delivery and taxes to central Europe. Well imagine my surprise when after 40€ of additional cost I kind of hate the dress they delivered. It's tacky, feels cheap and just isn't flattering - not at all in line with the quality of the one that I already have. Unfortunately returning it makes no sense for me financially. The 3 stars are only for the dress I already have (which, again, absolutely stunning and deserves 5 stars) but the second one is a desaster. So my advice: Only buy what you can try on in-store!

Returns policy states must be returned back to them within 14 days - consumer law states that you should actually give 14 days to advise them of the intended return, then another 14 days for it to reach them
