Dress arrived late despite selecting next day delivery. No cut off time mentioned on website. Returned dress unworn brand new two weeks ago and no refund issued and ignoring all my emails avoid scammers!

I want to assure you that we take all customer concerns very seriously, and I deeply regret that you’ve felt this way during the process. Unfortunately, we have had to implement a stricter return policy due to a significant increase in cases where worn items were being returned.
This is why we now have to refuse returns on items that carry any signs of wear or have scents such as perfume. I’m sure you can understand the need for such precautions, as it helps us maintain high standards for all customers.
That being said, we trust and appreciate your word that the dress has not been worn. In light of this, I am happy to confirm that we have processed a refund for the returned item.
Shipped very fast!!
Even though I ordered it from England, it came in less than a week! I was very impressed. The quality is great! I just wish the waste cut where my waste is, instead it’s about 2 inches higher, cutting at the end of my rib cage. I’m wearing it to a wedding and I’m super excited!!

Be careful
The dresses on the site are gorgeous - but be really careful with trying them on. Obviously, if the dresses have been worn, refunds nor returns will be accepted. Despite me not wearing them and returning promptly, I was still accused of wearing them out. I replied to the email strongly, but then decided to call up to explain the situation human to human. Zara, was so reassuring and made me feel heard when I was previously frustrated by the false allegations. My refund has now been accepted. Thank you Zara.

Customs, Shady practice, Quality + Size
CUSTOMS (shady practices)
am ordering from greece. I looked everywhere on the website for info regarding customs. They were mentioned nowhere. I even sent an email and they informed me that the only cost is the shipping + customs (which are on the client). I should have been alarmed by such a contradictory response. They provided no info on how customs are calculated. Today i paid 100€ in customs... I think that they don't mention it at all as to not deter you from ordering
QUALITY
Most importantly... the quality is off! I paid 120 euros for a tulle dress and the lining was 100% polyester. It feels so heavy and hot. The tulle kind of iches my skin. I'm overall really disappointed.
SIZE
The sizing chart must be off. I am usually a small/medium. I followed their charts. The measurments they have provided made me out to be a large. The dress came and it is huge on me... Like I'm wearing a potato sack.
I'm really disappointed with the overall experience and quality. I expected it to be much better

Absolutely gutted ordered this dress that I was so exited for after looking for ages I knew I wanted this one
When it’s came it’s was all crinkled and struggled the get the ruffled material to not look cheap
I order 2 sizes higher than what I am and still didn’t fit the chest area, waist fine and even the material under niether would have shown everything as it wasn’t long enough
The bigger you go I would of expected these areas to also lengthen

Stunning Wedding guest dress
Ordered two dresses for a Wedding in Tuscany. I had an idea in my mind what I wanted and as soon as I saw the Lace and Beads website i knew they were exactly what I was looking for. I chose the Shelby yellow printed maxi dress. Wow wow wow it’s absolutely stunning, so much better that the photo, so comfortable and flattering. I sent the other dress back and had to pay postage but I didn’t mind as I had a gorgeous dress. My refund was back in my bank account in a few days. Will definitely use this website again and have recommended it to lots of my friends
