Quality doesn’t reflect pricing
So didn’t know they were based I china, so delivery was 1 week+, no worries there.
But seriously the quality felt really cheap, payed around 30-40$ a pice, feels like Temu 4-9$ items. And the funniest thing is it’s was ”on sale” previously 60-80$ 😂
Next time ill do my research before, actually thought the price tag would reflect the quality in some sort of way.

Astonishingly poor
We paid £80 for 3 sets, they took over 2 weeks to arrive and when they got here we were extremely disappointed with the quality. None of the bra’s fit properly and clasps were broken.
The quality in stitching is really poor. These are likely mass-produced sweat shop garments that will fool folks again and again.
You can see where the cuts are and where the materials are poorly aligned and stitched, likely super quickly and by hand.
Do not buy/shop here if you are looking for quality undergarments.
This whole experience was a sham from start to finish

Nice, good quality and very sexy!
The lingerie sets are very nice and pretty good quality for the price. The sizing guide is accurate and I was pleasantly surprised at how well they fitted my body. The delivery was prompt and I’d definitely recommend these to anyone wanting to get something special and sexy!

First time ordering from this company
First time ordering from this company. Ordered the wrong size, have attempted to email customer service three different times with no response.
I was frustrated and finally got a hold of customer service by replying directly to my order email rather than a direct email to customer service.
Lace & Lush apologized and sent me another set of the size needed, and included a garment bag.
I orginally rated them 1/5, but have since increased it to a 4/5.
I would recommend they clarify how to contact their customer service team more clearly.

I ordered on 22 January. Today is 13 February and I still don’t have my order.
No one contacted me to explain the delay. No proper updates. My emails were basically ignored.
And now your solution is that I should contact China Post myself? Seriously? You’re telling your customer to chase your courier in China, ask them to send it to a depot or different address, and if they can’t deliver it, it goes back to you?
That is absolutely ridiculous.
I paid you. Not China Post. It is NOT my job to manage your shipping problems. That’s what I paid for.
The tracking clearly shows the parcel is still in China in customs. It hasn’t even left the country. And instead of fixing it, you push the responsibility onto the customer.
This is terrible customer service. Completely unprofessional. I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from this company.

This is not even a UK-based store. Items ship from China, take over a week to arrive, and often arrive damaged. If you request a refund, you’re required to return the item at your own expense to a random address in China. If the return gets lost, you lose both your money and the item. Just another dropshipping store selling low-quality goods at premium prices. Poor customer service. Don’t waste your time or money — avoid at all costs.
