To ensure each item is guaranteed authentic, Laced has a dedicated team of in-house authenticators that thoroughly check every item for authenticity and quality before it's delivered to the buyer.

Our Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your order, you’ll need to email help@laced.com with your order number and reason for returning, within 14 days. Our team will then get back to you within 1-2 working days (although we aim to reply to all queries within 24 hours) and arrange a returns label for your order. The cost of the return (£9) will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Times

Our average delivery time is 6-12 working days. Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll update you regularly and let you know as soon as possible if we or the delivery company expect any delays.

Worst Customer Service Ever

The Laced customer service team has repeatedly failed to keep their word, in regard to the issues of their sellers.

This is what i was told in July of last year:

'Hi Richie,

I’m really sorry to hear that we dropped the ball on this one and for the additional frustration caused by the delay. I’ve escalated your case to the team and a senior colleague will be in touch within the next few working days to sort this out for you.

Thank you for your patience, and again my apologies for the miscommunication.

It has seen been almost a year, and there has been no attempt to get in contact with me. How a company can reply to reviews, quite speedily i may say, and provide no actual support after they've admitted to 'dropping the ball' is absolutely absurd!

Just like my two other reviews which were 'replied to' by the Laced team, I almost know for certain the same will happen to this one.

It's been almost a year, but part of me wants to hope this issue can be resolved.

I've had to wait a very long time but…

I've had to wait a very long time but haven't received my order because the shipping company delivered it to the wrong address, and the company has been very slow to resolve the issue. After almost a month, I still haven't received my order.

Really pleased with my Nike P6000…

Really pleased with my Nike P6000 trainers. Been wanting them for ages. Great colour (pewter & grey) really comfy. Ordered a male size 7 and the fit is perfect.
Good communication from laced re order and delivery. Which came in just over a week.
Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars as the postage seemed quite pricey at £9.99 compared to other online companies.
