Great until I wanted to make a return
All was great until I wanted to make a return. I bought my daughter the wrong colour trainers for Xmas.
I ordered them a week before Xmas and they weren’t opened until Xmas day. By the time I emailed and got a reply it was after the holidays and just outside the 14 day window.
No understanding or reasonable consideration of the circumstances, just a flat no. No return, no refund. Xmas or not.
Most companies would do what is fair here and allow some grace for the holiday period.
Won’t be using them again.

hella reliable
I ordered an essentials tracksuit and jordan 1 mids. the tracksuit came on time and is amazing. it came in its original packaging and also was relatively cheap compared to retail price. However, after about 4-5 days of not having an update on my jordan 1s, i received an email saying they failed authentication. Not the companies fault ofc so i received my refund about 3 days after i heard that the shoes failed authentication. I reordered the shoes at about £15 more then the price i originally paid for them - I have them now and they’re amazing. the only issue that i had was since i ordered the pair just before new years, i didn’t have any updates until around the 5th of january, and the expected delivery date was the 6th. But that little complaint isn’t worth knocking a star off as it’s a reasonable delay due to it being holiday season. defo recommend this over other websites. reliable and affordable.

I was very impressed with the efficiency of quality control and delivery which was completed earlier than scheduled even during Christmas and New Year holiday season. Updates were communicated promptly and the product was received in brand new condition and well packaged.

Great company - genuine items
I didn't realise this company was a third-party seller when I ordered my daughter's UGGs. I was worried I had made a mistake. In fact, the company have been fantastic. I managed to get an item that was sold out from the store. This was a bigger size of a Christmas present that didn't fit. I have received genuine items, had great communication and fast delivery from this company. I wouldn't hesitate to use again. One very happy 11 year old! Thank you
