Warning!!!!!
Do not buy anything from this website. I bought a pair of Adidas Wales Bonner. They are clearly counterfeit!!
Very very poor fakes. Can’t get hold of the company.

Same as all the other reviews I actually did get a product Jordan trainers although not what I ordered they were mens not women’s and the wrong size so my daughter couldn’t wear them as they were huge. After ten emails the advice from Emily in their Customer Services Team was I could keep the trainers and she would refund 20 percent or I could donate them to someone else you really couldn’t make it up. The refund hasn’t happened and they also appear to have no returns policy despite me asking. I strongly suspect the trainers are fake as well so avoid avoid avoid they are a scam firm. I am taking action against them via Trading Standards and my payment provider. Ps one star for these jokers is one to many trust me

I placed an order, that I did not receive, so they got £125 an I got no trainers. Delivery company Evri, worse delivery company ever, say they delivered, but delivered to wrong address as it was not delivered to post office were it was surpose to go. Lacedshop, will not give me my money back, so I am looking into how I can take this further, as I am not prepared to spend my hard earned money an get no order.
I would not order fron this company again. They was not even helping.

I ordered a shoe from the website as my son thought it was the LACED website. Received an item that doesn't fit. Requested for an exchange or refund via email but seller insisted it's not their policy to accept exchange or refund which is contrary to what the website state. I reached out to PayPal with all evidence but they've asked I ship to an address the seller uploaded on their platform which is in Vietnam. PayPal is instrumental in letting the scam continue as they were unwilling to investigate despite with my email between me and the seller refusing to fulfil my request.

Received trainers in about 12 days excellent quality.

SCAM site… do not use phone number doesn’t work … don’t reply to emails .. fake reviews bank and police have been contacted…..

I ordered got my trainers delivered but they are not authentic, they are copy’s not worth the money and sent the wrong size

Same as the last 2 reviews, FAKE! paid, got tracking details. no movement in a few days. contacted Evri, they couldn't find the parcel (again, somehow they are tricking Evri into thinking they have received the parcel. contacted PayPal, hoping i can get my money back.

Avoid this company, they take your money and then ignore you. I am still waiting for my order from the start of December and they just don't care.

Ordered never received tried calling phone number dead on there site they do not reply to emails contacted trading standards after speaking citizen advice as they have a registered company. Trying to get money back from pay pal but very long winded

Was really concerned that I would not recieve my sons Jordan 5s in time for Christmas but they turned up today and are fantastic. Thank you Lacedshopuk

Bought a pair of trainers off this site back in November and up to today they still haven't arrived. The 4* and 5* reviews are fake. Don't buy from this site. I have contacted Paypal for a refund of my money

WARNING FRAUDULENT SITE I never received my trainers 2 pairs no response from company Trainers lost in Evri apparently thanks for ruining my kids Christmas £250 you have stole you’ve stole of the wrong person

Ignore the fake 4/5 star reviews it’s just them trying to seem legit. If you have ordered from this company then you will know you won’t get your product. Contact PayPal directly and tell them the transaction ID they send you and they will (hopefully) refund you the money.

Cancelled an order within 24hrs via email trainers now not wanted requested an email but all emails ignored gone unanswered order placed on the 2/12 10 days later still waiting just for acknowledgement....

Scam no confirmation email or anything to say will be delivered

Ordered a pair of Trainers well before Black Friday to avoid the risk of delay.. Order processed and tracking link with Royal Mail created.. Then nothing... days and days awaiting some confirmation that the Order was on its way..
Attempted to make contact using the number provided on the website.. This is NOT manned and promptly drops.
1st time using this website so pretty disappointed..
Email seems the only way to make contact.. So far nothing.
Order Sunday 23rd, no responses Friday 29th as yet.. !
Not expecting delivery in 6 days, merely would expect dispatch at the very least.

The sneaker I purchased from Lacedshopuk is lightweight, brethable, and perfect for my morning runs. Its grip works amazing even on wet surfaces. Loved it.

I recently purchased the breathable plain white sneakers from Lacedshopuk, and all I can say is WOW! They are very comfortable and can be worn on any given day. They are very light and the material used is excellent. Highly recommended!
