I ordered a skirt and a top for pre-order. I was scared that it would take forever to receive since it was my first time buying from Lace Made. They exceeded my expectations! The outfit was beautiful and well made. For reference I am a bust 34 and waist 28.

Ordered a small top (could have done better with a medium but they were sold out) and a large skirt.

I absolutely adore this brand! I have bought too many dresses and items from their collections because I cannot get enough. I started with one dress and quickly realized how they made me feel whimsical, beautiful and full of life again. The shipping time to the United States is a little longer, so make sure you plan ahead, but the quality and the style is totally worth it. The details in how the items are structured make all the difference and really elevate the looks and feel of the items. Their figure flattering designs are so well constructed, and as a woman with a large chest, I find their items do you need to be sized slightly up from my usual.

I was looking for a nice and original style of dress for an event, I found a baby blue that was the cutest thing in the world, fabric is quality, designes are unique, customer support is responsive even during their holidays they do their best to reply to me and everything get in time. This is my favorite place and from now on all my dresses will be from here !I have recommended to my friends too!

The quality is generally good, but they vet the reviews on their website and do not allow negative ones. In addition to this, they recently held a giveaway based on customers writing trust pilot reviews. Overall i like the brand and have had good experiences with returns and exchanges but there's absolutely zero transparency.

I’ve had a pretty good experience with Lacemade. Their dress designs are pretty and historically inspired and all my orders have arrived in a little over a week.

Company is super polite, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. They provide lots of opportunities for points and some fun with their products via their Discord group. Cannot recommend support to Lacemade enough!

I absolutely love this brand! I was originally hesitant since it is only online and buying clothes without trying them on is tricky. That being said, I adore the dress I got. It fits perfectly, the fabric is soft, and it looks so pretty. Shipping took a while, but did come near the predicted window by a day or two. I will be purchasing from here again.

although i did have trouble getting my refund at first, in the end, lacemade was able to give me a full refund and managed to intercept the dress before it was sent out to me. While they might take a little longer to get back to you than the 24 hours their website says, this was resolved much more quickly than what other people have said prior. While I wish there was some more communication at times, I appreciate that there were on top of my case. Thank you lacemade, I do think there have been improvements in your customer service in comparison to other people's experiences! I appreciate all the help.

Lacemade carries the most elegant and beautiful pieces for coquette-inspired looks. I own a two dresses, a skirt, a cardigan, two tops, and a wool coat, and all of which are very visible high quality and wonderfully crafted. I love the affordable price point of these products, as they make wearing my style attainable. I am most in love with the coat I bought from them. It's 100% wool and extremely beautiful. I always get a ton of compliments every time I wear it, and it keeps me super warm during the winter.
