I placed £45 but was advised by surgeon post op I could not have these shakes yet. I tried everyday to contact this company, phone, website, email and they just ignored me. I just wanted to put order on hold. Total waste £45.
Awful customer service, they have lost me as a customer
First off great product WHEN they have any in stock. Been purchasing or should I say trying to purchase their products for the last few years, but they are regularly out of stock of many items, when emailed or messaged about website/stock issues on any of their social media outlets I get no reply (and still waiting). Have filled in their surveys and been sent discount codes which I'm unable to use due to lack of stock. So getting a reply or ANY feedback from them is nonexistent which is such a shame consider their product is really good... when they have in any stock.
The Ufit protein shakes from this company are delicious, especially the white chocolate one which is heaven in a bottle. I started using them as meal replacements for the odd breakfast/lunch as they`re filling, but now I have them whenever I can fit them in as they`re so tasty.
