No customer service. Stick showed up used.
I’ve tried to get in touch since the beginning of January with no response. My stick showed up with scuffs in the head, the seal around the logo is peeling and a huge chunk out of the butt of the stick. For $250 and being marketed as a new stick that’s how it should show up. New.

Lax Fan is the place to purchase equipment
Whenever I visit Lax Fan for my daughter's lax needs, I experience personalized customer service. The associates have been players or Dad coaches that are involved in the game and take an interest in figuring out what is the right equipment for her, as opposed to just ringing up the sale. Lax Fan seems to have the better products at the price I expect to pay (gonna be a lot, it's lacrosse) and provides a superior purchase experience for the region's players.
