I received a promo email eg bet £20 and get a £20 free bet; deposited £20, then changed my mind 60 secs later.
I requested a withdrawal for the same amount; the id verification page popped up. I tried again, the same page popped up.
Mike, a manager on online chat, was no help either. He repeatedly cited company t&c, and gave a link to it;'ladcrookes' have stolen my £20, and my account has been closed.
A once betting behemoth has resorted to trickery and sharp practice to steal £20 from a customer of over 2 decades.
A deplorable and unprofessional outfit. No wonder horseracing is in an spiral decline with them as a principal participant.
I hope its newly installed CEO Ms Stella David can arrest the trickery and sharp practice of this betting entity.

There is no pleasure. There is robbery off the people's in the UK.
When you playing the games from the beginning you’re joined the app giving you few times to win little amount. After in the game the app starts to work funny. Some spin takes longs that normally. Some time stops on the middle of the game saying that reconnecting to server.
Today was playing £800 on small bets and the app just killing without any reward and wasn’t giving any bonus.

Did one bet on saterday. Still can't see an update of the bet. Can not reach anyone and now i can no longer find the bet on the site. Tried contacting the customer support they could not help me even when the problem was on their site had to send a mail.

I placed several bets at the Ladbrokes shop in Brussels (Rue du Marché aux Poulets 35) and won €2,550.

Since January 2025 he shop refused to cash the tickets several times, asking me to “come back tomorrow”. Eventually, the tickets expired.
Manager promised to pay by bank transfer after I provided my IBAN, but no payment was received.

Ladbrokes later claimed the money was “already paid”, but the only proof they provided was a screenshot without IBAN, transaction ID or bank details.
My bank officially confirmed: no transfers received, no agreement with Ladbrokes exists.

I submitted official complaints to the Ombudsman and ECC Belgium. Until today, my winnings remain unpaid.

I kindly warn other players: transparency and fairness are missing.

Well to start with this is a great betting site always good and fair odds
And along with it's sister company this they give good promotions, but don't expect the wheel spin promotion is always fair get 10 points nearly every day , maybe it's to do with the amount you bet , but I suppose that's just the way it is,but still a great site ,USE THEM

BEWARE. I opened an account a few days ago with no request for ID or other documentation. Deposited $1000, went to draw it out with my $500 winnings and had my account blocked. Seems some type of ‘red flag’ came up but couldn’t, or wouldn’t, tell me what it was. Since then, they’ve had me jumping through hoops to get my money… seems they’re happy for you to drop the cash and blow it, but don’t like to pay if you win. They asked for ID and account verification (fair enough), asked to see the transfers to them and two weeks of credits. I was told I could redact anything else. Submitted, it was rejected and told I had to provide four weeks worth instead of two. Changed the goal for a third time saying that they wanted to see all debits as well as who they were to. Absolutely unbelievable. And the icing on the cake? Bank statement was basically bullied out of me otherwise I wouldn’t be getting my money. I complied only to then be told that it has to go through the ‘review process’ and could take up to 21 days. I wish I’d read the reviews before I opened an account. They are making it so incredibly difficult to withdraw my legitimately earned winnings. These guys are a joke. Never have I experienced this kind of overreach and unconscionable behaviour in the years I’ve been betting online. Go Sportsbet or PointsBet… never had an issue with them and they’ve always paid, and instantly. Dodgy scammers. DON’T DO IT. Honestly, it’s not worth all the hassle and time wasting. Definitely worthy of taking this issue further.

I know I'm not a "big punter" but I enjoy the free games and ladbucks promotions. I'm finding that Ladbrokes is restricting my access to these by increasing the coin amounts required to receive any rewards, for starters, and controling the free games that I can play. Decent platform. From time-to-time interesting promotions, but not so much lately. Do prepare to experience a lot of technical issues (such as downtime, games interrupting live and casino, not being able to log on and access boosts etc.).
