Don't do it

All I wanted was US suppliers and help with choosing a good niche. This is exactly what their Instagram ads, website, and sales guy said they will do so I thought I found the right place to start an ecommerce business. Six months later, I have a store filled with Aliexpress products in a seasonal niche, that's currently out of season, and I'm out $10,000. I could go on and on about the lies and incompetence. To keep it short, I got no help with niche selection, they have no connections with US suppliers, their developers can't follow instructions, there is no attention to detail, and they refuse to give any kind of refund despite not being able to deliver on a single promise.
