Lovely dress, fits as expected. Only the fabric is thin, i need to wear an extra undy dress beneath it, for it is see through.

I have been wearing LaDress for years and every time I buy a new piece I am not disappointed! Great collection, wonderful fabrics and always perfect fit! You can never have too much LaDress pieces in your closet !

I have been wearing LaDress clothing since the start. So you can imagine my closet is full of LaDress items. I have a lot of suits and also lots of travel dresses. It is so perfect that you can wash the suits yourself and that it does not wrinkle. Lately I have noticed that when I recieve my box of items that it's not packed so nicely.
In fact I have to iron before I try it on. So that is a little thing of concern. But overall I am their biggest fan!

I have known LaDress for quite some years now and it really is my favorite brand. The clothes are elegant, chic, comfortable, easy wash & go, beautiful colours. It is allmost the only brand I wear. I think I am the most loyal client 😉

Until now I had a great experience.
It took some time to figure out my actual size because you have to size down.

The help I received in the store and online are kind and very customer friendly.

Very elegant clothing for work and private but what keeps bothering me it the way they send the clothing , all wrinkeled and seeming of the trousers. I now have 4 pair that had to be redone and for the price you pay this should not happen!( They do cover the costs btw)

I recently bought two pieces and am very happy with both of them. Besides, the order went in both cases very smoothly and the communication was perfectly clear and easy.

These are the best clothes I have worn in my entire life, and I am 56! LaDress clothes are so easy to wear, easy to clean (washing machine and no ironing!), they combine wonderfully with everything, and the quality is superb. Sizes are correct and true to Dutch sizing standards (check the comparisons for international sizing!). Whenever I need to return anything the refund is done within a few working days, and communication with customer service is swift and kind. I now have a wardrobe full of LaDress, and I never 'don't know what to wear' anymore. So happy!

LaDress clothes are always wonderful, great quality and a pleasure to wear. Never had any issues with returning an order. The brand has a great fit for Dutch women, I highly recommend investing in some great pieces that will last for years.

Poor quality and sizes are not true to fit. Tried to return and they ghosted me. Do not purchase from them!

I bought one of the blue tunics a few years ago, and right away the seams started coming loose, starting with the arms. When I filed a complaint, I was told that I had owned the piece for too long. The worst part came when the back seam came apart while I was at an event. Since then, I’ve had to keep taking it back to the repair shop to get it fixed. I actually own quite a few pieces, but with this kind of service I won’t be coming back.

I have a nice warm soft woolen sweater and a stylish beautiful gilet. Both are comfortable while wearing them and they stay like that after washing and wearing them quite a lot! The clothes are quite expensive but the quality is worthwhile every penny. Only the sweater has some fluffs and pills which are easy to remove

I’m from Germany and I can’t write a Review in Netherlands’ language. But my English is not the best, too ;-)

I received my order some days ago. I am very happy about it, all clothes are - as always - of excellent quality and I love that I can wear them on all occasions.

My oldest clothes ordered from LaDress I worn last summer on vacation in the Netherlands for dinner, for a walk in the city and simply as a beach dress. I was very happy and my husband and my grown-up daughters are always amazed that I really get along with a carry-on suitcase for 2 weeks :-). The clothes are now four or five years old and just as beautiful as the first day and I really never have to iron them. This is very sustainable - just like the new packaging too!
I also want to thank for the beautiful dress as a gift! Everything fits well and looks very nice. Dresses from LaDress always make me very happy. Thank you so much!

I ordered some trousers that appeared to be in stock, however, when I received the confirmation email, it stated that they were expected in almost one week's time. As I couldn't wait for delivery, I tried to contact LaDress to cancel the order. I tried reaching them on WhatsApp, the web chat on their website, by email and by phone to no success. Eventually after several attempts, I managed to speak to someone on the phone who told me that my order would be cancelled and that I would receive a refund within 5 working days. Almost two weeks later, I am still waiting. I have emailed them again to try and resolve this and, again, have received no response.

Customer service is not available during the hours they post online.
In addition, very late reimbursement of returns

Purchased from La Dress over past few years. Quality is excellent and most areas of customer services are great. However, processing of returns is very slow. Have had to chase up last two refund.

I buy from this site regularly, I love their dresses. The quality is excellent delivery is fast, returns are free and customer service is superb.
