I’ve been using the LaDuora red light therapy hair device for a little while now, and I have to say, it’s been a pretty great experience. Not only is the device itself solidly built and easy to use, but the company has been fantastic. I had a couple of questions at the start, and they were really responsive and helpful in making sure everything was working perfectly for me.

In terms of build quality, it’s definitely a well-made device that feels like it’s going to last. I love how the red light therapy can get to all of my hair and not just hair that’s parted like with my red light therapy cap. The red light therapy is known for supporting hair health and growth, and this particular device seems to be a great option if you’re looking for something reliable. I love that it has EMS and it has a nice warming sensation. It also vibrates, it’s a one stop shop! What else could a girl wants?!? Overall, I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in the market for a red light hair device!

There products work perfectly and you will see results. I use the Duo Hair System with Boost serum pods and Lumeo SkinLift Device There customer service is excellent! I will use there products forever!

I love my Laduora Lumeo device! I use it with the Laduora serum which improves the performance of the device current. I have tried other serums that I have and they do not work well. I use the device nightly and sometimes before an event. I feel like I have a more lifted appearance.

I have to say I really love LADUORA as a brand! Been a fan now for a while. I now own the scalp hair care device and their new Lumeo skinlift device and I’m honestly obsessed. The Duo is amazing for my scalp - I never took care of it before but the red light and gentle massage feel sooo relaxing and my hair has been looking much healthier and fuller since.

But the Lumeo Skinlift device is the one I’ve been really loving lately. It’s like a mini facial at home that only takes a few minutes. My skin looks more lifted and less puffy. AMEN! It’s super easy to use, doesn’t irritate my skin at all. I also have a few sun spots and I’ve been noticing them gradually fading, which makes me so happy 🥰

I was quite skeptical at first but my massage therapist mentioned that my scalp felt very tight and that I might benefit from gua sha or something similar to help increase circulation and release tension. I read about the Laduora brush and decided to try it. It has become a ritual and the most relaxing 5 minutes of my day. As an older middle aged female, my hair has been thinning, breaking and greying due to illness, surgeries, medications and stress. After reading reviews I purchased the Ladoura Duo Hair & Scalp Care system with the Biotin packs and have been using it daily for the past two weeks. The massage feels wonderful, better as it warms up. It is too early to tell if it will help although it is relaxing. I look forward to results.

This little device firms and lifts my face in minutes. I love that the gel contains actives that my skin drinks in and that doesn’t need to be washed off after a treatment. My face looks lifted, moisturized, and “snatched.” It is easy to use, sits simply on my counter and is effective in just 3 minutes. I am using this more than my ZIIP lately because it’s so easy and the beneficial gels don’t need to be rinsed off after using.

Based on an influencer, on why she liked the device for its electroporation. I decided to give it a go to get more from my serums. So far, after 2 weeks, my 55 year old skin is more hydrated. I use it every evening, level 4. I have not yet noticed any lessening of lip lines as of yet. I have been using red light for years, so this device is a bit of a boost to that routine. The gel is very nice and creates good glide and stays hydrated for the 3 minute treatment. I’ll move up to level 5 soon, but I do find it quite strong and a bit zappy. I had not expected this. I also feel my depressor muscles being pulled or twitched on level 4 and 5. Why? . I really dislike ALL the sounds. Each level sounds like a flying saucer and it’s too loud. I would rather a series of lights to tell me the level rather than a voice which I also find too loud. I don’t need my household hearing when I’m using the device so I turn it on under the blanket on my bed. Level 6 is described as having full spectrum rejuvenation. I wonder what that means. I see the wave length pictures but don’t really understand how they each differ and how they are beneficial beyond pushing my favourite serums deeper. I’d love more explanation and wish the device was quiet.

I have used many facial devices. They’re either time consuming, bulky, and ill fitting to your face making it hard to maneuver in smaller spaces like the laugh lines nose to mouth and in between your eye area. This is such a quick and effective treatment that takes 3 minutes to target your face and neck!! It fits comfortably in your hand and isn’t bulky or zappy. I love the product penetration and lifting effect it provides in a short amount of time!! A must have in your anti aging journey!!

I think this Laduora product with the red light and the peptide serum has actually lifted my face over the past three months. I have used it every day and I can tell when I missed a treatment. This device adds volume and an uplift to my face! I’m 63 years old. This product is great for anyone trying to get a fuller look, especially mature women that are experiencing sagging facial skin!

Poor customer service

SCAM! I would give it zero stars if I could based off of their customer service alone. Product is trash. My product was barely used over the year that I had it since I thought it was making my melasma worse and it stopped working only a few months after the one year warranty and they won't refund my faulty item! SUCH A SCAM.

I purchased at Velve Pro Skincare Wand on 11/23/23. It has a one year warranty. In August, problems in charging, contacted company where they offered a Replacement Battery is needed & offered a 40% discount for a new one. I decided to return Wand for the Replacement Battery & purchased another new one. This way I would have a backup. I purchased the 2nd Wand on 8/19 order #13269 & returned the 1st Wand on 9/4/24. Have followed up several times on; 11/14, 11/20 received email from company stating "Due to high demand & increased workload during Black Friday & Christmas Season, they were extremely busy." Additional follow up dates are 12/20 & 01/20/25. I feel I have been very patient in having a Replacement Battery put in the first Wand. I haven't found a phone number to call them & hope your Company can advise them of my situation.

It broke after a little over a year. I suspected the charger was broken and asked for a new one. They said I had to send it in and the cost would be so high, that I should get another device and shop the Black Friday Sale. Honestly, I'm really disappointed and I cannot recommend this.
