Greatly impressed and incredibly grateful!
It's been such a difficult time and finding ways to help my mum feel comfortable has been tough.
She was so skeptical about CBD but I honestly think the beautiful packaging and lovely presentation lulled her into it...now she can't do without them.
Most cancer related things are super medicinal or holistic health related in their presentation and, while I know it may seem unlikely, I truly believe that seeing the elegant and feminine appearance of the products in amongst all the rest of her pain meds reminds her she isn't just a patient or a mother, she's a woman.
Even the thoughtfulness of the paper packaging with the beautiful sticker making it look like a gift reminds her she is worth effort and care.
I really really appreciate Lady A for giving my mum that lovely mirror of joy and beauty in which to see her reflection.

Lovely product appearance, disliked taste
The order arrived promptly. The product has a great presentation, I love the design and it's easy and intuitive to use. Unfortunately, the taste does not agree with me. I found it to be somewhat metallic and couldn't really identify the strawberry flavour.

We are pleased you are mostly happy with your Unwind Vape Pen. I must stress that the strawberry notes come from the natural terpenes of the plant and not an additional artificial strawberry flavour which is often found in general vaping devices with PG and VG but we like to keep our ingredients natural.
Our natural vape pens do not contain any artificial fruit flavours. The strawberry notes from the terpenes may vary from person to person depending on their taste buds.

I orrder the “reset” pens as a gift for my gf, two weeks before Christmas, and after a week wondered when it would arrive. A week before Christmas I received an email notification saying it has been delivered although it had not arrived. I believe a theft had occurred, either the postman or a shifty neighbour.
I contacted Customer Service who were really helpful and understanding, and were able to get a replacement out to me in time for the festivities. Can’t thank the Lady A team enough!
Brilliant service and just waiting for my gf to try them out.
