Took a long tome to come
Took a long tome to come. Order 06/08 didnt receive until end of august, No information on website about being on holiday/closed for a week. Finally, 3 days before it actually came i was notified part of my order couldn't be got hold of, pencil cases which i needed for school in 2 days time! I ordered with plenty of notice. The 2 items that did arrive are nice. Money box a little small but it will be ok.

Hi Niomi Toplis, thank you for your feedback. My normal working time scales are 14 working days. It just so happened you ordered whilst we were away on holiday and therefore it took an extra week. (Given its the school holidays I don't think its unreasonable to take a break) I did offer alternative pencil cases I had stock of which you declined. Also the money box sizes are on the listing they are the same size as a standard mug which is in the description so when you would have been aware of this when you ordered. Many thanks once again.
