I never received the item. They sent me an email saying it was delivered. The tracking number provided was invalid. This is the latest scam with companies taking your money and never sending the item. They provided PayPal with an invalid tracking number and when disputed, PayPal ruled in favor of the seller because the seller said it was delivered.

The company sent me the wrong item. Then they stated I could return it. They gave me an incorrect address in Hong Kong as the return address. I paid for the item to be shipped there and it was sent back to me because the address isn't real. They are now refusing to refund my money when they have repeatedly screwed up.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
I received the wrong dress and when I asked to return/ exchange they said I would have to pay out of pocket for the shipping cost. The shipping cost was over $100 as i was shipping it to their supplier. That was a month ago and I still have yet to receive the promised refund for the dress and the shipping cost. I would do zero if I can. I ordered a dress for my daughter. The wrong dress was shipped, it was similar as far as color but totally the wrong dress. When I inquired about the error I was told it was an error from the warehouse and the wrong dress was shipped. It was an $80 dress. I was told I could send it back for a full refund but I would have to pay for shipping. I was sent a return label. I went to the post office and it cost $40 to ship it back but was promised they would refund my shipping once the dress was back. I shipped the dress, tracked the dress and no refund. I reached out and was told once they have the dress the would generate the refund. I waited a few more days and they sent me an email that my order will be refunded ans to be patient it could take up to 10 days. I didn’t get it. I reached back out and was told there was an error with the refund but they have corrected it. I still have not received a refund nor the shipping refund. They have stopped communicating with me.

Ladypolly is not professional. I purchased bathing suit bottoms that cost $52.80 . I received the wrong ones , and reached out to them right away . They did not respond to me until days later. They had asked me to send a picture of the wrong item , so I did and it has been days and still no answer. Wth here it is now the 18th and nothing. I just want what I purchased . I will never order from Ladypolly again . They are horrible .

This company is a fraud. When you order an item the only shipping available is Express which cost $20 and then took over 2 weeks to arrive. When it arrived it was not even close to the dress we ordered and when you look on their website there is no way to return the item. This company is beyond fraudulent....steer clear.

Horrible experience with these scam artists. Ordered a dress for my granddaughter and they sent a completely different dress. Claimed to be in LA but they are in China. They insist I pay to return the cheap ugly dress they sent and pay the shipping to f’ing China when they sent the wrong dress intentionally. Will let my credit card company deal with them. I ordered a beautiful black dress, but it was never delivered. Instead, they sent the wrong item, and when I tried to fix the issue, it was extremely hard to contact customer service. The whole experience felt very shady. I do not recommend buying from this website.

I paid for expedited shipping and not only did I receive my order late they send me the wrong dress. Now I can’t get my money back. They want me to ship it to Hong Kong on my dime! Ridiculous. Don’t buy anything from them.

Bait and switch. Ordered a dress and shipped something different. Now I can't get anyone to send me a return slip or refund my money

Counterfeit clothes, they even use the same photos from the authentic retailer and designers sites
