100% SCAM. Never received product. They claimed payment gateway down... for weeks. I cancelled credit card. Still get charge attempts on old card. I reported to FBI.

I can only imagine that this is a scam. I placed my order and received a confirmation email. This was Jan 9, 2024. To date I have not received the merchandise nor any further correspondence. Efforts to call this merchant on their listed phone number are continually disconnected. Don't waste you time with this merchant.

I put in an order for a hair product on 2/28/24. It was supposed to arrive by 3/11/24. I have called (no answer) and e-mailed them (no answer) and still haven't received the product. It looks like they just stole $22.27 from me. I'll try to get it back from the credit card company. They are totally unreliable and possibly a scam.

I placed the order online which was placed on hold immediately. I was planning to purchase a body spray for my husband. I contacted the company and received the email response that they have a payment gateway issue. The company phone number has busy signal. I suspect this is scam and cancelled the credit card immediately so they will not use it for fraudulently. My advise is stay away from this company. I wish could give them 0 stars.

Do not order. Never received what I ordered, an explanation or my money back. After ordering with ladysdream, someone tried to use my account for 500 dollars worth of tickets. Never had a problem before ladysdream. This is a scam to get your info

This is a scam to get your credit card information! I tried to make a purchase and was told their online payments were down. 2 weeks later and I just got off the phone with my bank regarding fraudulent charges. Do not give them your credit card info!!

If I could give below zero for my experience, I would.
This is a total SCAM.
DO NOT order from this fake company.
The phone number is not in service and the company is not a real company, just another person taking credit card info and stealing your money.

Number 1 is completely fake. They say one thing but do something else. I still haven’t received my payment. No one should trust this platform because they can scam you at any time.

Amazing! I love this product! I got a gorgeous pair of earrings and a jumper! My life has really improved after buying these items! I got married and had kids and I only received these items a month ago! I became the youngest brain surgeon in existence at 17 years old! This website is worth the visit if you want to achieve your dreams!

Do not do any transactions with this company. They get your credit card info and you never hear from them again. My card was scammed $2500

These sons of bit**** took SEVEN large withdrawals from my bank acct & they went to off track betting- NOT facial cleanser. Don't DARE go here or even click on the site. I've got Lifelock all over this.

I placed an order with ladydreams on 7/22/23 until now still no product. I contacted them but have not heard from them nor have I gotten product to date. That is enough of a reason to not do business with them.

That is enough of a reason to not do business with them. But a week or so after contacting them to see about my order, my credit card was hacked. I had not done any other online purchasing with anyone but Amazon since and I trust them. Coincidence not so sure but I would never do business with them again. Further after this experience I will v never do business with any company with less than 3.5 stars or better. It is just not worth it. Coincidence,,,, ????

Like others have stated...this is some kind of scam. While I was able to contact credit card company and cancel the card in time, I am afraid they may have infected my computer with keylogging malware or worse. Definitely NOT a legit site.

I think this is a scam. They have a phone number listed that is always busy. They took a payment form me three weeks ago and I have not received my product. They do not communicate with you and do not answer their emails.

I took a chance in my attempt to make a purchase.
Not only did I ever receive my order they didn't have the decency to send me a status update my attempts to communicate went without a response.

After multiple attempts to contact Ladydreams, by email, and chat I've given up.

Horrible company, horrible customer service.
How are they in business?

Do yourself a favor....go elsewhere. Stay as far away as possible from Ladysdream!!

SCAMMMMM!!!! Luckily I checked Trustpilot within an hour of placing my order and not getting any email confirmation and the phone number didn’t work so I canceled my card. What a waste of time. If they are ever caught/prosecuted we can all join the class action. #pipedream

SCAM SITE ONLY TO GET YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD INFO!
Ordered sunburn cream but never charged me or emailed me back about my placed order inquiry! 7/10/23 (one month after my order) I received a card decline notification from Giordanos of Matteson for $414.64. Will be reporting this to the BBB! BUYERS PLEASE NOTICE when you're checking out, IT DOES NOT SAY SECURE CHECKOUT LIKE OTHER LEGITIMATE STORES!!!

I wish there were a “0” option. This is just a review to make me feel better…NEVER, EVER order from this website! No delivery, no response. Lots of trouble to try and get 30 bucks back so…they can have mine. Don’t let them get yours!!!
