Great Doctor with excellent bedside manner
So many expats have had issues with the low standard of care here in Denmark and the disregard by most Doctor's to any concerns unless it was obvious that there is a major issue and death is imminent. I have never had an issue here. Quite the opposite. Thomas always makes the time to listen to me and my concerns and remembers my patient history without having to read the notes. He always follows up on my family's care and he is very empathetic and caring, everything you want a good family doctor to be. While the other physician in the practice Nhat, does not have as warm a bedside manner as Thomas, he is equally competent and efficient. There have also been trainees etc. like Doctor Freddy! All great doctors and good with children. I would highly recommend this practice. I can always get the doctors first thing in the morning on the phone during the phone in hour, but receptionist almost never answers during the day. They do respond to emails however and I can always get an appointment in a short time frame.
