I recently joined the LA Federal Credit…

I recently joined the LA Federal Credit Union only to find out all loan applications are immediately sent to the Glendale Branch. This office has no customer service skills and no compassion for its customers. It is only job is to kill community consumer loans with any personal or human interaction at all. They say they offer hardship loans but only provide them for family and friends. This Credit Union isn’t a place to find compassion, but rather people who only see you as credit score nothing more.
