unhelpful and do not deliver what they promise
I tried to get internet through fibre with Videofutur.
They indicated 1) that our address was eligible for fibre and 2) that they could deliver internet January 10.
However, when January 10 came around, we didn’t receive any materials nor had they contacted us. After a few attempts at contacting them, they indicated that 1) because on our address another house fibre had been connected, 2) they needed to request another outlet, and that 3) they wouldn’t know when we would get the connection.
After this, we contacted other providers and they didn’t commit.
I indicated not to want to start the contract, but Videofutur nevertheless sent me materials, while I had to send a letter “recommendé” to retract my demand for subscription, despite repeated mail contact.
In short, they’ve been very difficult and just not helpful in canceling the contract.
