Lagden Ltd is a software firm in Ascot, Berkshire, run by Zach Lagden. It builds the systems a business runs on: websites, booking and quote systems, CRMs, client portals and the internal tools a team uses every day. It previously traded as Lagden Development. Most businesses end up working around their software. The booking tool almost fits, the apps don't talk to each other, and a spreadsheet holds the rest together. Lagden works the other way round. Zach starts by understanding how the business actually runs, talks to the people doing the work, and builds the software around that. If a process is already working, he'll tell you it doesn't need software. Prices are published before you speak to anyone. A small business website is a one-off £449 with nothing to pay monthly, and the full price list is on lagden.dev. The packaged websites come with a year of free fixes for anything that genuinely breaks. Custom work is quoted as a fixed price per item, with the hours shown so you can see how the figure was reached, and paid half up front and half when you're happy. You deal with Zach directly, by WhatsApp or email, in normal language. He'll tell you what he honestly thinks, including when the answer is that something isn't worth paying for, and then the decision is yours. Wherever possible your domain, hosting and accounts are set up in your own name from the start, so nothing about your business depends on anyone else.
